I have no idea how they get 5 stars. Wanted John to order a brand new keyboard. I wanted to make a relationship with a computer repair shop so I have someone reliable for future repairs.I tried following up for weeks and they were irresponsive. Finally after almost 2 months, I get a call to come pick up the keyboard after being ignored. Went to pick it up and it did not look new at all. He claimed it was new but why would it not be sealed and boxed up? Why take it out of the packaging if it was new? Has a smudge on the mouse.Lost $100 for nothing. I wish I could get a refund but he refused.Edit: Owner responded. I asked a few days after asking John to order, if I could get a refund and not pick it up, he always said he needs to ask his boss. I asked for a refund maybe about 3 times before I attempted to pick it up. More importantly, I wanted to develop a trustworthy relationship with someone for future computer repairs. I have a lot of laptops that need work on them but the negative experience here will make me go elsewhere for work I need all summer.

Do not waste your time with this place. I tried 3 times to buy a computer here, and after two visits with no manager or owner present, and a phone call today when the manager or owner was still not present (never there clearly), I got no help or information on any computers. The lady they put as staff to watch the store sounds stoned and knows nothing about the products. I asked to try two of their computers at least while I was there, and she pulled out a giant box of adapters and just threw one on the computer and the computer itself said it was the wrong adapter. Why would anyone ever spend multiple hundreds of dollars at this joke of a place?

I brought my HP laptop here to get my screen fixed whenever I received it back my camera was not working anymore and it was definitely working before I got it fixed because Im always in zoom call meetings. Never going back here. And he didnt even offer to give me partial of my money back.I see that the owner replied back. But he doesnt understand that if you break something you have to either compensate or try to fix it. HOW AM I TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOU WHEN YOU BROKE MY CAMERA? Its the other way around and you know that. Dont try to make yourself look good when you know you did something wrong.THE owner keep replying and shifting the blame on the customer. I paid you to fix the screen and I never said anything about a full refund. I only said are you going offer me any type of refund. I would have been fine with either for messing up my camera. You avoided any question I asked about money when I called you.

Good place to have my MAC repaired. I spilled my coffee on my Mac and it was not starting. My friend recommended me this repair shop, they fixed it very nicely now it is working fine.

I needed to expand to another desktop, J&Y had a great selection of computer with modern processors and the staff really cares about getting you what you are looking for or fixing any issue you may have. The computer I purchased was a i5 Core, with 16GB RAM, and a 1TB hard drive. Once plugged in the computer is so quiet and fast, just what I was needing. This is my new place and I will be back for computers for my kids.

Waited 30 minutes for store to open at 10 am, as posted hours stated. No one arrived. Contacted stores number, posted on window, no answer and received message the voicemail was not setup.

Mine and my wifes computers were flawless repairs.Also, they have such a well priced selection of refurbished/used/ computers...that it was hard to decide on having mine repaired...instead of buying one of the very many they have on the shelf.

This is a total ripoff! Computers are 100 percent marked up and twice as expensive as anywhere elseThey have a no refund policy for a reason. I bought and exchanged 3 computers and none of them worked properly and they would not refund my money. Im out 500 dollars and could only sell it for 200 which is all it is worth. John knows hes ripping you off with computers that are marked up an extra 100 percent and pretends to be your friend anyway. Please dont use them!.

I brought my laptop here to repair the charging port. A piece broke off and the warranty does not cover ports. My laptop was charging just fine until the piece broke. Basically, my only problem was that I couldn’t put a charger into the port. My laptop was working just fine until the battery finally was drained. He asked for 128$ upfront. He seemed confident he could fix it so I paid him. I called a few days later to check on it and he said that after replacing the port, it still would not charge.He said it would be too expensive to fix. He sells used laptops and said he could show me one. When I went in I asked if he thought my warranty would cover what was wrong. He said that they (HP) would just give me a new one. When I got home I noticed that the new port was not there. . He charged me 128$ and gave me my computer back the way it was when I brought it to him. I brought it back in and asked for my money back since he didn’t fix it. He refused to give me my money back because he had to buy the part. But he had kept the part for himself! He ended up agreeing to putting the new port back in. But he would not give me any money back. He did a poor job putting it back together. I think he was the one who damaged it. The system board had to be replaced. He is a scammer. Don’t go here.

They just opened another store at this location and are having a big sale on everything. Great prices, knowledgeable, and friendly. Ask for the owner John, He was very nice and worked with me on everything I was looking for. There were NO high pressure sales like most of them out there. They left me alone to shop at my own pace. ( which is what I value the most ) But John didnt hesitate when I had questions. Definitely what this area needed and priced perfectly for hard times like now. I picked up a Chromebook for $100 bucks and a Vizo 65 screen TV for $450 bucks..I guess they also fix iPhones and tablets. If you dont see something you want,just ask them because they do have another store and there still getting more stuff in. This is one of the few places Id even give a 5 star rating to. Definitely worth checking out.
