I applied to this complex and planned on moving in on 09/20/2021. I got there yesterday just for them to tell me the unit had some structural damage and it’s not ready, I tried backing out to get my funds back just for them to offer me a new unit at a sister property. After viewing the property for the price and the quality it was not worth it. I requested for my funds back just for them to tell me, the corporate offices would have to sign off on this. They also mentioned that since I would not be moving in they would not refund the holding fee, when initially it wasn’t my fault. The funds were not refunded yesterday and due to the Jewish holidays of their corporate offices they are closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. I moved all the way from Jacksonville, FL for this, now I’m stuck in Charlotte paying for my hotel by the day and also my Uhaul. I am definitely looking to press charges on this company.Please please please, do not apply to this place. It is not worth the headache.

I moved into one of the renovated units last week and I love it. There were a few complications upon move in, but were quickly resolved. Jesenia, the office manager is very professional and made sure all of my requests were solved immediately. Don’t judge this apartment complex by the outside, the new apartments are beautiful. The community is very friendly. They are planning on doing a lot of changes since having new owners. We look forward to seeing those changes.

In the last 5 months there has been some drastic changes. Very nice and clean changes. I live in an non renovated apartment but have seen the fully renovated remodeled apartments. They are so beautiful! They are fixing the stairs in my breezeway and OMG what a total about face it is!!!! I wish who ever took over this place now would have came sooner. There is a new playground (something you’d find in a park). They added a dog park. The are installing grills and a gazebo. The ladies in the office are so sweat and super helpful. The change is obvious! Im looking forward to the finale…

Update:6/28/2021They have fixed many issues, thanks to Jesenia communicating with me. There are still a couple of issues to be fixed but with the companies help the apartments will be up to par.6/11/2021I moved in three days ago and have various issues with the apartment complex already. The first issue is that the A/C doesn’t work and hasn’t worked since I moved in(and it’s the middle of the summer, my house is at 83). Second issue, the apartment has roaches, this is the third day, and I haven’t even cooked yet. Third issue, the home was evidently not clean and it’s a pandemic outside. Fourth issue, there are various cosmetic issues(as seen below). Fifth issue, in general I moved in with these issues, and I know some of these things are illegals. I repeat do not move here. Also if my issues are not address, I will pursue legal actions.

I have been around long enough to say that the changes that are being made are very nice! The office staff are very nice and kind. They actually do help and ask and are concerned. I enjoy talking g to th them

I usually dont write review, but the new management and the staff in the office are amazing with there customer service, and they have done a great job with all the improvements.

This is a good place to live . The location is one of the best !!! The new property management team ran by Kay has really started to turn this place around. My husband and I was so unhappy with how things were running through the old management / maintenance team. I enjoy living here now as the quality of the management is improving through hard work and knowledge in the industry. The maintenance team is very hardworking and care about us residents .

Terrible place to live. When they took over they tried to charge me $900 in late fees and my rent isn’t even $900. They harassed me for months before finally dropping it. They towed my rental just bc it had a FLA license plate. I received no notification about having a parking permit, I just woke up with my car gone. They locked the door to the leasing off when I know they saw me about to walk in. Terrible customer service.

Incredibly professional, showing me around the property and took time to answer my questions and was very knowledgeable in about her complex. My husband and I moved in May. The previous management team/maintenance werent as communicated and respectful as the new management team that we have now. Especially Kay! I love her to death. She makes sure that I receive the right information about certain things but she will go over and beyond to make sure things get fixed in the apartment. Her customer service is very professional and respectful. I love making her laugh when I call down with a problem! Im glad we have new owners that cares about their tenants! To whom it may concern,I am VERY displeased with this apartment complex. One thing I can say is Im glad that they finally received a portal to where you can pay online because its hard for me to get off and come when they close at 5:30 and are not open on the weekends. I recently went through a situation where I could not reach anyone on the phone for 3 days. I had serious questions about my bills and there was no help. I constantly called and finally got through. Then i received a late charge which I feel I shouldnt have received due to the trouble of the company having phone issues. Im really just disgusted with this apartment complex and can not wait to move. I would not recommend anyone to move here.

We lived here for over 10 years and nothing worked right. We were out of a heater for over 3 years. The thermostat never got replaced. There was rust on the walls and bugs everywhere. What did it for my husband and I was when he got up one morning and there was a baby mouse in our tub. We caught it and set it free. Maintenance is soooo sorry. They dont fix anything, they just want that rent every month. I was very unhappy and disappointed 😔😠 I hope things get better in neighborhoods like this, I really do.

Well the ladies are very friendly. Every time I enter the office I am greeted with smiles and joys! I like that they are renovating the apartments inside and out. That they continue like this so that the change from the old to something transformed positive and benefited the community continues

I live here 25 years. Been in different apartments. I love my apartment, I live on the first floor. I have no problems that have not been solved. The new team in the office are very friendly, professional and help and teach me how to use the new services online.

I like the way Mrs. Marta treats me. He helped me in all my move. She is super friendly and very helpful. I lived for 3 years eager for a drastic change for the better. Nice changes. I have friends who live here and they also see the change that is taking place little by little.
