This was my first time using the parking spot. I have to say this was a mixed experience. My return was excellent. Prompt, pleasant, efficient—everything I would expect based on the reviews. If only the initial part of my trip were so pleasant. We were flying out on a Saturday morning. We had an early morning flight out at 8 am. We arrived at a little after 6. It was a very busy morning. We parked and shortly saw the shuttle bus weaving it’s way to us. It got to our row and the buss was “full”. Maybe with covid they aren’t packing the busses as full as they used to. So we had to wait for the next shuttle. We were a little concerned so we started walking so we could be closer to the entrance. We waited and waited and waited. Finally nearly 20 minutes later the bus arrived. It was the same woman. She was frazzled. She was the only driver that morning. I’m glad that we had walked up closer the the entrance because our buss was full and she had to leave a bunch more people in the parking lot. We made our plane with but it was a bit closer than I wanted it to be. I’m sure staffing is difficult with this company as it is with other companies but there should be some forewarning so that people know to allow 3 hours instead of 2 hours. .

Easy peasy place to park. Employees are always friendly. Scheduled covered paring ahead of time. Bus is always right there to take you to airport. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars criticism is that there were unmasked people on that small bus and it made me uncomfortable

The Parking Spot is easy to reserve on line. Their shuttles run frequently, so there is very little waiting. The shuttle picks you up and drops you off at your car. This makes it so much easier with luggage. The water bottle as you leave is so appreciated after traveling. This is the only place we park now. Their rewards program is an added benefit.

Good service. Convenient parking to the airport. Had a minor issue with billing while checking out, but a quick phone call once home fixed the issue. Will definitely park here again (if available). EV charging available if required.

Used this service for the first time with family on a trip. Our arrival pickup from the parking spot was slow, and it was even worse on pickup. They definitely do not have enough shuttles running compared to competitors as we saw their busses multiple times while we waited. Even worse when we finally did get on the shuttle the AC didn’t work properly so we were all suffering on a hot day. I’ve been told it’s not always like this, but based on reading other comments it might be this place used to be much better and has now taken a step back.EDIT- the company commented below and asked me to email and follow-up. They did not respond to that email

Have enjoyed parking here for many years. It’s piece of mind to know you have a parking spot, a shuttle ride will pick you up within 2-5 min of parking, and you never have to worry about forgetting where you park.

I have used The Parking Spot for several years. I am very pleased with the service and value. Air travel stinks in almost every way, but The Parking Spot allows the trip to begin and end on a good note.

!!!Dont Park Here!!!Paid extra for covered parking so they could detail my car. Returned from trip and car was not detailed. Had to go into office on a rainy day to get refund.Excuse given was they could not read my name on key envelope. They knew where my car was parked, license plate was in system, phone number, email etc, but could not provide the service because they couldnt read my name.Im calling BS on this excuse. And poor customer service for accepting payment for services they dont deliver.First time I parked here. Doubt Ill park here again.

Based on the service I received, this parking company is very overpriced with poorly trained staff. I spoke with 3 staff members, none of which who were friendly. At the airport, I waited in front of the bus doors for 5 minutes before knocking so she’d open them to let me in. She did not apologize and stated she thought I was waiting for another shuttle. So standing right in front of the doors of the shuttle waiting was not apparent enough..? Why were the doors even closed? Where’s the common sense. Not to mention the driving- I nearly flew off my seat several times and did not feel safe at all. I will not be returning.

Quick and efficient. Bus Taxi was waiting after baggage claim just hopped on and was at parking spot. Probably same time as waiting on an Uber or less. Would use again.

We used them for the first time about a month ago. When we arrived the experience was nice, quick and convenient. The driver was an older man who was very helpful, polite and drove safely. Upon our return, we were met with a young, aggressive, disrespectful driver who was more concerned about texting than acknowledging anyone on the bus. He even pulled off before we were all seated causing me to fall. He continued to drive recklessly until we reached our vehicles. I reported this issue and never got a reply. Next time we will park elsewhere.

So convenient. You get picked up in 7 seconds flat and are on your way to the airport. You barely have time to put your shoes on.

Very disappointed. The main reason I parked with them was because I had two bags and in the past they have helped you get you bags on and off the shuttle. The driver sat in her seat and watched me struggle to get them on and off the shuttle. When I had my second bag on the next to the last step she said, oh, do you need help?I used to use Parking Spot in Atlanta and was very pleased. Will not use them in Charlotte again.

Very reasonable prices to park similar to the airport long term parking. It is nice that they know what row you parked so the shuttle picks you up at your car and using the app you can see the shuttle location. Better than the airport parking is that when you arrive you can use the app to see the shuttle location at pickup and are dropped off at your car. Prices can be even lower and better if you join the rewards program.

Easy to use. Make a reservation, someone will usually direct you to where to park. The shuttle picks you up at your car and takes you to the airport. When you get back, go to their spot outside and they will pick you up. Use the app and you are in and out with no fuss. And the people working there are always friendly! Take AAA discounts and many others.SO much easier and faster than airport parking.

Nice clean parking lots, great pick up and drop off and easy to use app for reservations and payment. Prices are a little high unless you have AAA or other discount. I like to have the option of covered parking. This is my new first choice for parking.

Cheaper to park at the airport. I was charged extra somehow for covered parking when I parked in uncovered parking all week. Manager did issue a refund for the wrong charge. However I was informed that their rate changes daily due to competitors and I happened to be locked in at the highest rate. It was my first time trying them due to reviews. It will also be my last. I was so shocked to get hit with a $100 charge upon leaving. I only gave one extra star because the manager who issued my refund was friendly.

Great parking company by CLT airport. If your looking for an easy process, these are the people to go to!

I have used this service several times with my husband and we have had minor hiccups/issues in the past and have been nice and not said anything as we understand mistakes happen. The last time we parked there, however, we signed up for the car detail service and my brand new car got dinged with paint missing and scratched. We took images while we were still there onsite and also let the manager know, while still being very friendly and polite about it (even with how frustrated we were). The manager told me they would have their insurance vendor reach out to file a claim etc...fast forward to me spending over 2 months trying to get a conversation with the claims adjuster and she has been 0 help other than tellimg me that the parking spot suddenly claims no responsibility and that no damage was done and is closing the claim (before we could even start). I am very frustrated as we have been nothing but kind and understanding and feel like we got shafted and lied to. I had always recommended this service to my colleagues in the area but it seems like there is some dishonesty in terms of practice and a huge lack of accountability if you ever have any damage done to your car.

The day I came back form my trip, I waited a little while for the shuttles, but I saw a crowd and immediately I knew that this place gets tons of business. Departure was a breeze! Upon arrival back at the airport I popped up their app and chose “find my shuttle” I saw there was a shuttle at the airport already, I knew there was no way I was going to catch it, but to my surprise he was still waiting there! On the shuttle and back to my car in 10 minutes. The driver was very polite and helpful with my luggage. They will get all of my business from now on!

On a night that was extremely busy at the airport, they had one shuttle running. And although they KNEW there were flyers at the terminal waiting, they just said oh well! when their shuttle driver quit, leaving them stranded. I had never seen such indifference to how their customer was left. Wow. Just..... wow.

I love love love The Parking Spot. I usually get a ride or catch an Uber to the airport but because my flight was leaving so early and returning very late I wanted to drive myself to the airport. After viewing different options for long term parking and receiving a coupon in the email I decided to go with the Parking Spot.Located right off of 485 and right in front of the entrance of the airport it was easy access. I download the The Parking Spot app before I arrived so checking in was very easy. I scanned my app at the gate and was able to drive in. There are 2 options for parking uncovered and covered. The covered spots are the closer spots and the uncovered spots are located in the back of the parking lot and requires you to go through another gate. There is only about a $1 difference between uncovered and covered spot pricing.Once I came in the gate there was a shuttle waiting for me and followed behind me to where I parked. The shuttle driver helped get my luggage out of my car and put it on the bus. The bus was extremely clean and spacious. The shuttle driver explained to us how to notify them once our flight returns for pick and how we can track the shuttle on the app. The shuttle driver gave a card with our parking spot on it so we can remember where we parked once we returned and how to enter the parking spot in the app as an extra reminder. The shuttle was fast and got us to the airport quickly. The shuttle only stops at 1 location for drop offs and pickups.The Parking Spot has a rewards program where you can collect points and receive free days.

I’ve used several different park-and-ride services at various airports, and The Parking Spot is my favorite. I love that they have an app that can be used for check-in as well as check-out, making it seamless and simple. You can also save your parking spot number within the app, in case you lose the card they give you. Very close to CLT airport, and they also give a 10% discount for AAA, so that’s nice. A+ service, definitely recommend!

I lost my car here after being away & the staff was very very helpful in me locating it in the middle of the night safely. I really appreciated the extra time the bus drivers took to make sure I was OK out there alone that was what stood out the most for me because I know how busy they are.

Entry into the parking area was very simple using the iPhone app. Check out too. There was a shuttle to the airport right there when we parked so we got to the airport in plenty of time for our flight. We only waited about 5 minutes for pick up on our return. Our total experience was really good. I was so glad we chose the under shelter parking as it was raining hard when we got to the parking area. The driver took us right to our parking spot.

Very convenient!!! You dont have 2 worry about parking and walking thru the airport parking lot, you avoid airport traffic and most of all youre dropped off and picked up pretty close 2 the airport doors.. I will definitely be using the parking spot again!!!👍🏽

They have Excellent prices.There Shuttle service is the worst. I waited 40 minutes for the Shuttle to take me to my car from the airport. All of the other parking lots had Shuttles running every 10-15 minutes. If your in a$$$ crunch I would recommend if not I would go elsewhere.

I have used The Spot several times. Convenient to sign up, easy to use and a competetive price.

The shuttle is never at the airport pick up. So you have to call, but the number isn’t on the app so you have to search for it. And when you do call you still have to wait 15-20 min for the bus. It’s frustrating especially when the bus for ParkNGo passes by 10 times while you wait. It used to be good but the wait times have become ridiculous. It’s not worth it. It would be faster to Uber home.

Waited over 25 minutes for the shuttle, park and go or clt long term is way better. Unacceptable.

Everything went smooth. They were sold out of the uncovered parking that we pre purchased ahead of time on line so they upgraded us to covered at no extra cost. This is my 2nd time using them and will use them again.

I like the detailing services and most of all - the friendliness of your drivers on the shuttles. The office staff is equally great, being able to speak with someone who looks you square in the eye and isnt afraid to smile and engage with customers goes a very long way with me. I was getting tired of dealing with surly UBER drivers who either grumbled or complained about UBER was getting old. Add to that the 20-somethings who would see me struggling with multiple bags and a toolbox in bad weather and just sit in the car. No thanks. Ill use parking spot from now on....

Not sure how they have such a high rating. They never seem to have enough vans to pick people up from CLT

This place is TERRIBLE! I arrived and checked in with my app. The rep sent me to a row with no empty spots. I found one close and got out to wait for the shuttle. After 10 minutes, I called and was told there was only 1 shuttle running. Almost 10 more minutes later it finally showed. When I returned, I went to the pick-up and saw a shuttle there. I was waving and running towards them as they drove away. I checked the app for the next shuttle and it said they had found my location and I would be picked up shortly. 15 minutes later I called and the lady that answered the phone very curtly told me I had to call and request pickup because the app wasnt working. She said there were signs at the entrance, but none were there when the shuttle I finally caught pulled in. I dont know how you mess up a parking lot, but these people figured out a way.

It is so nice to not have to worry about parking and/or if a shuttle will pick you up on time, etc. I have never researched other lots prices or services, because it does not matter. If there was a parking lot for free I would not go there. I have used The Parking Spot for over a year when I travel for business out of CLT and I have had zero problems. When you park, you have a shuttle waiting for you when you get your bags out of the trunk. When you get back to the airport, you walk outside and within seconds (it seems) there is a shuttle there. I love the fact that off all the problems and anxieties that can arise from travelling for work....parking is not one of them.

No enough busses and never on time. Don’t count on a pick up! I took an Uber twice to get my car on a Sunday night... I didn’t pay for parking but for timely pickup and they consistently failed miserably!

I like the prices, its easy to use. The drivers are helpful. I was even worried about traveling alone with my child and have 2 suitcases and a car seat but they helped me load and unload and are friendly! I would recommend doing this instead of parking at the airport!

We’ve used The Parking Spot for many years, for numerous trips. Always friendly, always prompt, always efficient. Highly recommend this organization!

This place was great when they opened. Of course they had to reduce the number of vans at any given time in response to reduced travel due to covid. Now travel volume has returned to near normal, but they are STILL only running one van, even during busy times (like Friday evenings and Monday mornings). This translates to ~20 minute wait times. Park N Go had 3 vans in the same period of time.Also, now that you need to call in to request pickup, their VOIP phone service is awful.At least they still have super nice drivers.

Not enough shuttles to and from airport. Prepare to wait 20-30 minutes even if you call them twice. Maybe it is due to covid but choose them if you are not in hurry.

I appreciate the superior customer service received. The agent at the front gate told me specifically where to park based on my reservation. The shuttle was there to pick me up before I even finished parking. Not to mention....this was at 4:00 in the morning!!! I was promptly greeted by the driver and given a card detailing where I was parked. Upon my return a shuttle was at the airport and I didn’t even have to wait. I must say the services were great and I will be a repeat customer for sure. Thank you for your focus on quality customer service!!!!!
