Used Avenue Chauffeured Transportation for my BDay Celebration... We went to a couple Vineyards... The bus was clean, had cool lights, great sound system and TVs... Harold was our driver and he was amazing and very helpful... Will use them again and highly recommend!

On time, great service and communication! I needed an executive bus for 17 VIPs and found Avenue Chauffeured Transportation on-line. I cant say enough about the excellent service! I spoke to John to book my reservation.The bus was on-time, for several stops throughout the day. The driver, Quincy, was very easy to contact during the day and always arrived on-time, exactly where he was supposed to. He also had a cooler with ice and water for us and helped clean it up after the passengers got off the bus.The website needs to be updated to make it more user-friendly. Rather than searching by event type, I wanted to search my vehicle type, then number of passengers. Thank you John & Quincy!

Very professional company. The owner (John) gave me very helpful advise on what to look for when looking for a limo service. I had called around to 5 different companies looking for a prom quote. After speaking to him & the advise he gave about making sure they have license & bonding insurance it narrowed my search down to 2 companies. The Avenue Chauffeured Party Bus was a blast - clean, safe and the driver, Marlee, was friendly, professional and very forthcoming. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and Marlee brought the bus on time and decorated with balloons. She made a stop on the way to pick up the rest of the group and delivered us to our place of destination with no issues. It was a great experience and I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for reliable and accommodating transportation service for a large group.

We heard that there are milestone birthdays, so what better way to make them special...? The experience we shared with John was truly what took it up a notch, however. He arrived 25 minutes early, as to avoid unexpected delays...he was good to explain the lighting and sound we had access to, and assisted us beyond what was necessary once we arrived at our destination. Im in service myself and rarely come across those who understand the true benefit of exceeding expectations. Avenue Chauffred nailed it!

We called this company at 2AM requesting a 6AM pickup in Mooresville this morning. This company was right on point as the driver was 15 minutes early, in a beautiful SUV, and they even had Starbucks coffee! Next time we are in Charlotte we will definitely use this company again. This is the best limo company we have ever used! They make everything easy, from making reservations on line, to having drivers that actually know the city and speak English. Not to mention they have new Cadillac Escalade SUVs which we use for airport trips. They have the nicest limos, Mercedes Sprinters, buses, and party buses. They convinced us to come and see there vehicles in person for a large corporate event we were planning and we were sold after meeting with four other companies.
