Our restaurant had a mixer break unexpectedly which put us in a really tough situation. No one was able to fix it and our restaurant couldnt operate without it. I gave this place a call and they had exactly what we needed at a reasonable price. Shaun was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He delivered for us that same day and got it all set up for us. He even moved out our broken equipment. He was prompt, honest, and came back twice to answer questions. I had a great experience and would definitely come back for any future equipment needs.

Do not buy from these guys. I gave them money for a piece of equipment while in charlotte buying equipment for my new restaurant . I gave the man $9,000 For equipment that he was supposed to deliver the next day to his warehouse and I was supposed to pick it up at 2pm. 2pm turned into 4pm which turned into 8pm at night. He finally called me to pick up the equipment we agreed on. We we were loading the equipment in the truck he told me the oven I had already paid him for wasnt ready. I told him I wanted to just get my money back instead but he insisted he would bring the oven to me (which was a 4 hour drive). Reluctantly I left after he promised me up and down that he was not the type of guy who would screw someone over like that. The next day I was fortunate enough to have someone who was remodeling a restaurant call me and offer me a new stove for next to nothing. I called the guy and told him I didnt need the stove any more and that I would like my money back($1,400). After he huffed and puffed for a minute he agreed to let my brother ( who lives in the area) pick up the money. My brother set up a time to pick up my cash and the guy never showed. My brother stopped by various times and knocked on the door and saw the guys truck there but he would not answer the door. Finally weeks later I got a hold of his father and told him I didnt want to get lawyers involved and he agreed to get my money to me. Every time Ive called they dont answer because theyre screening my phone calls. I gave him money for a piece of equipment he promised would be ready and got nothing in return. These guys are real pieces of you know what. DO NOT BUY from them.
