I will never stay here again!! If you can find somewhere else, do that, so your stay will be restful. Do not stay here!!! We stayed 75C Golden Gates, Historic Smalls Alley, managed by Duvet, for 3 nights. WE COULD NOT GET HELP FROM THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY!! WE HAD TO CALL THE POLICE 2 nights of our 3 night stay.The tiny little place was extremely nice until we realized the bedroom window was our fire escape. The window was not secured nor was there insulation to help with the outside temperatures or for the noise from the house next door.Even though there is a noise ordinance, we called the police 2 of the nights, at 4am and 3am respectively. Even though I called the management company every single morning, I still had to call the police at night.

Stayed in one of the short term rentals and the management company was right down the road. We were able to leave our bags there prior to our fights and they were very responsive throughout our stay.The apartment was extremely clean, cool and comfortable!

Great house in a great neighborhood. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a long weekend in downtown Charleston. Lots of local restaurants and coffee shops within very short walking distance. King Street is just around the corner.

Do not rent from mark. Over prices his units. Fails to respond to maintence requests (our window had mold and open areas that he would not fix after several months of maintence requests). Will take advantage of your security deposit. Also will appear in your apartment without notice. Utilities are also extremely high despite his claims of it being energy efficient.

Rental unit was dirty on arival, had roaches in the cupboards ans also rodents that ate part of our fruit and got into the pet food.Mark refused to refund the money for the days we could not spend there. Be aware if renting through Airbnb or VRBO.

Multiple Cockroaches in both of our units and No refund offered or partial refund for 2 days we did not stay in unit due to this issue.
