I had an outstanding experience with Enterprise last week. Jack Jarrett helped Me select the appropriate truck over the phone and when I arrived he oriented me to the truck after thoroughly reviewed my rental options. That said, the whole experience exceeded my expectations which was crucial I was moving my office to my home and items to storage. Could not have asked for a better experience! I was in a bind needing a big truck to hall some furniture for my mother and was not having a lot of success with U-haul or Ryder on such short notice (they were wanting to charge me an arm and a leg). One phone call to Andy, the Branch Manager, and in no time I got the perfect size truck for my needs. I was able to pick it up on Friday and conveniently return it on Saturday. I have rented cars before from Enterprise and renting a moving truck is just as easy! The facility was very clean, brand new actually, and the staff was friendly, courteous, and most of all professional (unlike the other moving truck companies). I would recommend Enterprise Truck Rental to anyone!

Very helpful guys working there. Had our truck ready to go for us. Nice facility there in kanawha city too. The truck itself could have used some work though. Going over 45, unloaded or loaded, shook so bad you couldnt put a drink in the cup holder or it splashed all over the place. And the wipers needed replaced. We told them about the truck troubles. So hopefully they got to work on it.

Great Customer service!

Awesome customer service my only issue was the annoyance of the constant beeping sound coming from the lowjack or whatever it is under the dash. But all in all I got a brand new truck for a day!!!
