I mistakenly locked myself out of my car while at the Charleston Town Center Mall. First time customer, I called American Towing the receptionist was very polite and prompt with what I needed. She gave me and 20 minute wait and sure enough the tow truck pulled up within 20 minutes. A nice gentleman named “Freddie” got me into my car in no time and helped and shared a little knowledge on how to go about my insurance. Prices were way cheaper than expected so that was a plus.

Such a nice wrecker driver, dont know his name. I was so crazy that morning, not use to be setting along side road. They should never be able to sell a car without a spare tire. Hats in the air for the driver that came to me, he was a Sweetheart.💜

While passing through Charleston on my way back to TN, my drivers side tire blew and, I was stuck on the side of the road.I dont have roadside assistance or Triple A but, they came out right away.The spare that I had, wouldnt hold air, so they loaded me up on their flatbed tow truck and brought me to their shop.The young lady who drove the tow truck was super nice and told me everything was going to be ok.They actually knew someone who had a decent used tire for a fair price and had them bring it to their shop.They also ordered subway and offered me something to eat while we waited.All in all, the price was very reasonable and the service was outstanding which made a world of difference to an old lady in a strange town.Couldnt have asked for nicer or more professional people to lend me a hand! I give them a full 5 stars!

I greatly appreciate these guys! They were very patient and kind and got a tow truck to my wife who was in our truck, which broke down on the exit ramp, asap! The truck driver was very kind and helpful. Hopefully we will not need a tow service again - but if so, we will definitely call again!!!

Worst Experience ever!!! I would not recommend this company to tow my kids battery operated toy cars....Tori the driver was the most rudest person I have ever had to talk to. I will be taking this complaint as high as I can to get this company the less business I possibly can. They will never tow anything else of mine.
