Contacted BMW this morning regarding an issue with my X5 they had just repaired the day before. Nate, from Copleys showed up in a timely manner, spoke with me about my vehicle and reassured me he would take good care of towing it. He was very cordial and told me he would contact me after he dropped it off...and he did just that. I will definitely use Copleys again and refer them to all my friends as well! We blew a tire heading home from Charleston and they came out late at night to tow the car and change the tire for us. Nate was amazing!! would recommend anyone to use this business. And of course ask for Nate he went above and beyond and was very friendly.

I highly recommend Copley Towing Services!!! I had to have my brand new car towed off a hillside that I went down backwards and Nate was amazing!!! He was so professional but really down to earth!! I was driving back home on the interstate at night & rocks had fallen in the highway. I hit one with my passenger side tire. I pulled over quickly & heard my tire hissing air & going flat. I called my insurance company which they couldn’t find a provider to help me. I then looked in the area for a 24 hour company to help me I called Copley Garage & towing they were able to help me quickly & had to tow my car to there garage to change my spare tire & put it onto my rim. The guy who helped me was very professional & nice. Would recommend them for any roadside assistance. They are also open 24 hours which helped me greatly when I needed help at 1am. Thank you.

I called because my wifes car wouldnt start. They asked what the symptoms were and told me it sounded like an easy fix I could do myself. I tried it and it worked. They couldve easily taken advantage and charged me me for a tow and repairs but they were honest and saved me a lot of money.

Upon my request to JD Byrider to get a tow it was told that someone would be up there to get my vehicle but told them I was unable to get up there and was waiting for a ride. Needless to say my ride never showed and they sent someone up to my vehicle anyway and said they needed the keys. I told them no they dont and the back door would open but the alarm would go off for a min. I was then told them driver was up there for an hour and finally left. Well I finally make it up to my vehicle later that evening only to find my battery missing wires cut and catalytic converter missing. Now I dont know about you but if that car was like that when they got there they would have said something and should have said something about it. Plus I found a Diablo saw blade to cut through metal at a quick pace. These people are crooks and thieves and should never be allowed to be in service again.

I hit a trailer hitch on 64/77 in downtown Charleston. Nate came to help me during this stressful situation. My transmission was blown and I was stuck on the shoulder of a dangerous section of interstate. Nate was very concerned about other cars affected by the trailer hitch and broken down on the interstate. He wanted to make sure others were okay on this dangerous stretch. Nate took care of my car and took me to multiple body shops to make sure my car was repaired by the right shop. Nate also took me to get my rental car. He made the best out of this situation and I really appreciate he was the one who showed up that day! Thanks Nate!

Staff had rude, passive-aggressive attitude with me. Called first thing in the morning after the afternoon my car was towed and asked on the status of my vehicle; lady eventually bit that she wasn’t a mechanic. (Having some estimate would have helped me determine if I were to have my car back soon or if I needed to get a rental for the week or weekend)Called back later (after I had missed a call from them first), mechanic almost talked a mile a minute about whatever my issue was but what I did understand was that he may have it ready in an hour or so -if he wasn’t interrupted-. I passed time for that long and got there to find out my car still wasn’t tended to and I swear my bill would’ve been forty dollars more if my significant other (who was kind enough to wait for my car and bring it to me so I could get on with my own day) hadn’t filled out an employment app with the place. Was I really about to be charged for their snark and unwillingness to be more helpful?

With Covid affecting DMV operations and needing a duplicate i.d. myself, this staff was exceedingly nice and helpful. We were able to trouble shoot and find a compromise with documentation neede to retrieve my truck. Only reason it doesnt get a 5star review is due to towing costs/storage fees but Id give the 1statr deduction to any towing yard for the same reason.

When my husband had a flat tire in Charleston WV, 3 hours from home I was quite frightened. He called me to help. It was very early in the morning and he had very few options. Luckily I called the Copley Garage and reached Nathan. He was absolutely wonderful. He was at my husbands car within 5-10 minutes. He put a repair donut on the tire and then since he couldnt fix the tire he took my husband to a place where he could buy a new tire. Nate then called me to make sure that I personally texted him when my husband made it home. This man is a gem. Very rare in this day and age. I would highly recommend this Garage for their excellent and caring service. And when you call...hopefully youll be lucky enough to get Nate.

Blew a tire on the interstate on the way to SC, these guys went above and beyond to do what they could to get us where we needed to be and to be safe. They were very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely Amazing I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! Before calling them I called my Allstate Roadside and NO ANSWER FOR 10 MINUTES! I called them they answered immediately and had a truck there in 5 minutes ! Have gone here several years for inspections. I always feel welcome and comfortable, never have to wait too long, and never leave without a couple chuckles. The guys are honest and hard workers.

Willing to work with people that need help and customer service is the most important thing. Friendly employees that are very knowledgeable. You should consider Copleys Garage the next time you need a tow, tire change, door unlock or a jump start.

Three stars only because they earned those with their towing service that was there for me at 5am for 2 flat tires from road debris. But that is where things turn. Garage service was slow, and pricey. Two used tires with labor was over 80 installed. Towing guy said they would install the tires when the crew arrived at 8, so I left and returned after 11, they still hadnt started on mine. They also didnt say if my rims where damaged either, just installed the rubber like a routine changing. I knew from my previous shop that the rear one had warping, but they just added weight and stayed quiet. Towing guy said they would give a discount for tires since I had the tow, but the cashier found excuses for not being able to give it. I couldve had my car towed elsewhere for repairs, but I stayed with them thinking they might help me out. Id avoid this place for garage work, but if your stuck on the road,they will save you.

I was told it would be 75.00 to get my moms car to a different place and when they got the car to a different address they raised it to 95.00 I only gave 5 stars so this review would show and people would know about this company not good at all, but the guy that actually towed the car was funny and cool it’s just the company he works for is not good at all.. 0 stars for me

Horrible experience. I waited 90 minutes only for the dispatcher to call and cancel because the driver lied about their conversation with me. The owner doesnt accept responsibility for her employees behavior. She swore and cussed the entire conversation then started preaching and said everyone will be judged by God. I agreed with her on that point then ended the call. If you choose to use them be prepared to be disrespected and possibly towed after 2 hours or so. The driver was given the address of 700 by the road service, and he shows up at 100. He obviously was frustrated and then lied to the owner about the conversation he had with me to cover up his mistake. Copley was given the correct address, and then cancels the tow. Rude incompetent employees and the slowest service in the Kanawha valley is what youll get with Copleys. Do yourself a favor and call Charleston Auto instead.

We are from out of town...and although it will be the next day to have our repair finished up (because our problem happened so late in the day,) we were treated very well. They helped give me, my husband, and daughter a ride to the shop and get us something to eat...and cartoons for the little one! My car was totaled and I had liability insurance this company helped me in so many ways I cant even explain they explained everything to me that the police did not and left me in the dark I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a tow because they actually care about their customers.

Metro 911 call. The driver just hooked it and took off didnt ask where to take my vehicle or anything. Had to call yo find out it was taken too. Ended up charging me $104 bill. $85 for the tow which was against my permission. And $15 for a storage charge (which it sat on the lot for like fifteen mins. Again towed to their lot without my permission.) I would no longer recommend this company to tow your vehicle.
