I had not been in to the store since the previous owner left. Everybody was wearing a mask properly, which I have not seen in any other store during this pandemic. I was seeking guitar strings, a pack and individual strings. They had Martin and Dadderio and they were unbelievably cheap. I wanted to avoid going to the big chain store. This was much more convenient and staff were courteous, helpful and in total compliance with the local health precautions order. Thank You!

If I could leave no stars I absolutely would. If you are thinking of renting any equipment from here, think twice. It has been nothing but a nightmare, not to mention the trumpet we rented was in the shop more than it was usable. Now onto the financial side of things...I rented a trumpet for my child and I went into the store and they gladly set me up with a trumpet, I set up the account in my name, gave them my sons school name and so forth, I even purchased additional things while there. I set up the account in my name and with my bank account. Now that school is closed, and they are in possession of the trumpet that has been in repair for at least two months, again, I might add, I called to stop my rental payments, for we are done with the equipment. Well my husband had picked up the trumpet for me once from repair because he works in the area, and apparently the account was switched over to his name when this transaction occurred. So now that I want to stop payments on an account that was created in MY name coming out of MY bank account, I am not being permitted to do so, because apparently the account is now in my husbands name, which wasnt even in the store when the account was created, nor was the account in his name. So on top of broken equipment that was in the repair store more than my son was able to play it, now they refuse to STOP taking MY money on MY behalf in an account that should have been in MY name, and they want to speak to someone that was never on the account to begin with to stop the payments. I know this is a lengthy review, but I hope you take the time to read it before you throw your money away to an unorganized establishment that isnt willing to right their wrongs.
