This place is a mess. Unfortunately, its probably the case of being understaffed but not completely. The two lines open were 9 people deep each. The drink refrigerator up from was mostly empty with only two cans of soda remaining. Floors looked dirty almost like gum was stepped on and put in the corners of the tiles while other tiles were physically coming up. The owner of this store needs to take a bit more pride in it because the customers are certainly showing up, it just needs some love.

This Dollar Tree is pretty big with a variety of choices for those on a budget and great for college kids too. The store was fairly clean and the customer service was pleasant. The bathroom to the public was out of order. I would recommend.

Love Dollar Tree, always have to wait in line a little longer than I would like but it’s worth it to me!

Dollar Tree on Sam Rittenburg Boulevard in West Ashley is a cool place to shop for everyday useful items at good prices. I like the selection of items here and can usually find exactly what I am looking for with a little bit extra. The location is very convenient and the staff is friendly.

Wonderful! This young lady was on the register closest to the balloons, and yes, busy. She helped us with balloons 🎈, rang up customers, helped another cashier and smiled 😃 through it all. Excellent customer service 👏👌👍

If youre looking for cheap snacks, craft supplies, party stuff, books, storage containers, and just some generally odd things you never knew you needed, this is the place. Depending on what time you go, youll definitely have to wait in line, but dont take it out on the employees. Theyre doing the best they can!

I LOVE shopping here. The kids section is the best because there is alot of childrens books to choose from. Ranging from pop up books to coloring and sticker books. Not to mention so many choice of toys for just $1 each. Kids usually play with toys for a short period of time before moving to something else. I like the fact that i can take $20 here and leave with over 15 items for my daughter to play with. Its tk the point she knows and ask for Dollar Tree by name. Lol The best part about this store is that its a perfect place to come to find decorations, gifts and games for holidays and parties on a budget :-) #ayterrell

As I have been in my new apartment for 2 weeks with none of my stuff this place is a good spot to get some basic things to cover you for the time. I dont expect any of it to last but for only $1 who cares.

The customer service was great every time I go in there the ladies are very nice and polite they greet me all the three that I always see and talk to they always tell me hello and good evening and asked me if I have everything and I tell him yes never had a problem.

Don’t let the reviews fool you. I’m not sure how this store even received such good reviews. This is by far the worst Dollar tree that I have been to. They never have anything in stock, they are always junky/messy. Some of the cashiers are very rude!!

Always has those great finds for $1.00. Just dont be in a rush because the company hasnt figured out how to run all the registers at one time. Similar to that of WalMart, but WORSE ! Still the values are worth it !

Odd experience...I paid in cash and shouldve gotten $4 back, but she only gave me $1. She closed the drawer and then realized she shorted me and said something about it. I said its okay meaning it happens and was waiting on my cash, but she said okay have a nice day. I just got my items because she was already ringing up the next person in line...she obviously knew what she was doing, but Id she needs the $3 that bad then go for it.

Clean and large dollar tree especially so close to Christmas. Employees were very nice.

The majority of the people that work here are kind hearted and down to earth. I wish the inventory was a better but it is a very decent location for the most part and just dealing with simple nice people is worth it. I hardly ever walk away from this location feeling walked over. Sadly, many places lack decent customer service as it’s become common to omit social graces like using manners and words like please and thank you.

Havent been to a Dollar Tree in a while. Was surprised to see the wide range of selection of things they sell. Anyway, found what I needed, place was very clean, although when I thanked the cashier after checking me out. She didnt even bother to thank ME for shopping there. Then why am I thanking her? For them to let me shop there and give them my money. Anyway, Im sure Ill be back sometime, surely every employee there doesnt treat their customers that way.

Clean, good selection, and nice staff.

There selection of decorations is pretty bare and the checkout process is super long because they usually only have 1 cashier at a time while several employees walk around the front looking busy.

Is anyone else having issues with getting through to the store . Ive called multiple times and the phone doesnt even ring and with in seconds it hangs up on you.

Was very small and did not have the items I was searching.

Good stuff for only $1 plus tax.... however a frozen section would bring more business. This store is set in it ways frozen section will never happen, that what I get from the employees. (TOO MUCH WORK they say)

When you having a small party & need supplies that wont cost you an arm & a leg, head to the Dollar Tree for help.

They often have organic food. The same make-up that is at Walmart. Card, art supplies. All for $1. Plus really nice sales people. LOVE it!!

Found the Tupperware I was looking for. Friendly cashier.

Cashier was very snarky and rude. There are a lot of people here and it would be a nicer experience if the workers were more friendly. I shop here all the time and today I left disappointed and wishing I went elsewhere. No need to be mean.

If you want service from friendly staff then DO NOT shop here! The old lady working here with the glasses has the nastiest attitude!! Definitely not going to get service with a smile at this Dollar Tree unless your the same ethnicity as the people who work here...FYI they may look at you as trash if you have a bi-racial child with you also...I wish there was another Dollar Tree closer to me but sadly there is not. Im considering driving 20 miles out of the way just to go to another DS location.

When I went to dollar tree the other day I bought a brush from there and got home and saw some stuff on it so I had to wet it and clean it so Im never going back there again

There have surprising little gems( will do in a pinch itemd). It could be a treasure hunt for both, adults and kids.

The bathroom was the worst I have ever been in! I would rather go in a porta potty. My daughter had yo go to the bathroom really bad or else I wouldnt have gone in. There was old pee dried all over the seat, no toilet paper, and gross paper towels that sat on the top of the toilet. The walls, door, and floor were nasty too. I have never been so disgusted in a bathroom before. ☠

This store allow cady over three years old to be sold. You know family dollar changed the date when it doest match the coupon expiration. Look at the date the coupon is from sept 1, 2015 to march 31 2017, that over a year and half. At you are telling me is okay to eat until feb 2018. Get the hell oit. This company wants to poison you. I google and it only top 13 months you should eat chocolate.

Customer service?? I was treated like a low class citizen. .stood in line for ever and another cashier opened and thee other ladies behind me we helped while I was still waiting in line.. store was trashed and never ever going there again!

This store surprised me. It was clean and well ordered with friendly and helpful service.
