Zales Jewelers in Citadel Mall in West Ashley is a great place to take care of all of your jewelry needs. They have a really good selection of rings, watches, necklaces, and other items at really good prices. The staff here is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and can help you find exactly what you are looking for someone else as a gift or for yourself or answer just about any jewelry or fashion related questions you may have. They are cool about letting you hold and try on different items as you are making your choice about what to buy. This is one of my favorite places in the Charleston area to purchase jewelry and I have always had a great experience every time I have shopped here and enjoy coming here to look at all the cool items that they have in stock.

No wonder they are going out of business. Terrible service and management. They have plastic chains to guard the door. Its for covid, aparantly, as if a rush of people are going to run into this dying store all at once.

Would not recommend to do business with these people. I purchased a Bracelet went into the store to ask about getting it repaired the lady said yes we can repair it to bring it in. I go home a couple days later I grab the Bracelet and bring it in, Now I’m told they cannot repair it. First off I purchased it from Zales second of all I was told it could be repaired by the lady at Zales now I’m I’m told they can’t fix it. They also no longer sell the bracelet so I can’t purchase another one... Obviously these employees do not know what they are doing. They have now lost a Customer for life because I will not purchase anything that I cannot get repaired by the store that I purchased it from. Also if they had quality products it wouldn’t need to be repaired

Very personable and eager to help me find the right gift. I had my 5yr old son with me and they made him enjoy a normally boring shopping experience by interacting with him. Thank you

I came in to get my fiancées ring resized after purchasing it from Zales back in March and Maurice was a total pro. He was friendly, helpful, funny and got everything taken care of in about 15 minutes.I also purchased the protection plan to compliment my insurance policy and he took time to inform me of the benefits and answered all of my questions.Ill only be going here for my jewelry needs in the future, great experience!

My experience with Zales has always been a pleasant one. The staff is very professional and my Salesman Mr. Marty Horry at the Tanger Outlet Mall Store has always been outstanding and its because of him I keep coming back to make purchases.

Shanytra is an excellent sales woman, she acknowledged us as soon as we stepped into zales ,she guided us in the right direction and gave us very informative pointers on picking out jewelry she knows her stuff we will be returning again thank you
