Do not I repeat do not buy any power tools or lawn equipment from this place because it always turns out to be junk . Bought a weed eater that didn’t even work and had a damaged head took it back and I really wanted my money back but due to the no refund policy I was stuck in accepting store credit pretty much telling I had to buy other junk so I went with a chainsaw I bought last summer used on one small bush put up in my closet then took it out this year put new fuel and chainsaw oil in it and it doesn’t work either can’t do nothing about it because too much time has pasted and all the Will other is credit . Trite be told stay away from any store with a no refunds policy

Just move to town first time in was looking for a gaming pc monitor. They had one but not the specs I was looking for, they were even willing to take down my information to give me a call if they do get one. Great guys, will definitely be doing business with them.

Called to ask about an item that my boyfriend had called a spoke with a lady yesterday about and was very rudely told that they didnt have a female working for there company. Extremely inappropriate for a business and they wonder why they have bad reviews. You cant speak with customers like that and expect to have a successful business

Great pawn shop, had great service and prices. That young lady with the dark hair, was so helpful and polite while helping me find some jewelry for my wife and daughter. I know where Im telling my friends and family to go.

The only pawn shop in the world that you aren’t allowed to browse at...I’m sure not too many people walk in knowing exactly what they’re buying considering you have no way to know. The worker legit told me I wasn’t allowed to look in the store and to leave....What a Joke and I’m not this first person this has been done too!

Rip off false avertismen they have a sighn up xbox one 150 thats all it says but when i put it in lay a way it cost 200 becouse i didnt buy it from the store but i did it so id have a reciept and i took a picture of the sigh so they are GONNA have to fix it or be sued plus the game i got was 10 and they charged me 20 its brand new for 8

The guys were really nice, brought some prices down considerably on some gaming equipment.

Completely fried, destroyed my laptop iv spent 100s to get it fixed since gotten it out but needs the whole hard drive amd lots of other parts replaced rude as can be go to the saint albans one soo much better

They are nice and friendly, only complaint is when I have the money to get it out of pawn, After I paid the amount for them to keep it in, and then get it out a few days after it is due, I have to pay the price of what I pawned it for, plus the amount I already paid to get it out, so I am paying double for one month

Only rating one star because its the lowest I can go, such an awful place, oh and the boss Chris is very rude and has no respect for his customers, never again will I spend a penny at KV pawn in CL.
