I was in town to clean out my deceased father in laws house. I needed a dumpster and called this company. I was surprised that the costs were more than 5x any other time I had rented a dumpster. I needed it so I bought it. They informed me it was a 7 day rental. I used it for 3 days and went back home. My cousin in Charleston went to check at the house at saw the dumpster there 20 days later. I called and they proceeded to charge me for every extra day. At no point did anyone tell me I had to call for removal.

I am a very disgusted I would say costumer but thats not accurate, I ordered a dumpster yesterday for delivery today no problems. then I get a call from their dispatch saying there was no dumpster at local yard, and would have to bring one from another yard wanting to charge an extra fee of 50.00 I declined.I then called the costumer service rep and talked to Lavern and agreed to pay an extra 20.00 and the dumpster would be delivered this morning. At 1:00 this afternoon I had not heard anything from the Driver as instructed that I would. I called and was told that the drive would be calling me, at 3:00 I still had not been contacted by driver or main office so I called again and was then told they would not be delivering today. By this time I’m upset and asked to speak to Levern again. I ask for my money to be put back into my account. When I looked at my account there was the 20.00 extra fee but there was also another 20.00 separate fee that I did not agree to. Was hung up on in billing when I tried to get an explanation for the unauthorized charge, after being told that it would be 3 to 5 business days for my money to go back into my account. So now they have a total of 586.73 of my money held therefore I can’t order another dumpster. Not a happy satisfied costumer. If there was a negative star on review I would give a -5 star. Terrible experience. I received three wildly different quotes for the same exact service, different in the hundreds of dollars. Plus I was hung up on multiple times. Ill be going with a different company.

Worst dumpster company we have ever dealt with! Delivered late, delivered in the wrong spot, scheduled a pick up that kept getting set back everyday, promised to be picked up over and over and still cant get it pick up
