She had excellent suggestions for material selection, taking into consideration overall details and design of existing fixtures, flooring and cabinets. She helped to select the right kind of stone that complements our bathroom design and furnishings and elevates the whole look overall. We ended up going with her recommendation, and she really knows how to find the perfect piece for the client.The installation crew was very professional and prompt. Thank you for your hard work!

The products that they sell are fabulous. The choice of marble, granite, etc are numerous. The instillation is done well, but the follow-up is non existing. Our crew ran out of caulking and did not return to finish the job. We are now with a back splash that has never been finished. I have called several times for them to return and received only and answer of a $75. charge for them to come and complete the job. My suggestion would be, if anything needs to be finished and they need to return. DO NOT write a check for the full balance until the jog is complete.

We dealt with Quinesha at the North Charleston location. She was very personable and knowledgeable. She guided us through the process and exceeded our expectations. Everything was completed on time, and the install process was seamless. We will definitely recommend ECG&D to family and friends.
