As a visitor to the friendly and courteous state of West Virginia, I cant emphasize enough how above and beyond this business is. My car was in need of immediate attention as I was headed home to Michigan. Despite being very busy, both the current customer and the owner graciously fit me in. The customers car was moved out of the bay, mine was moved in, and my issue was quickly solved. I had no problem making it home thanks to them. I highly recommend this shop.

ABC Auto is a wonderful shop with skilled and professional people. I always bring my vehicles to ABC Auto whether its something broken, or a simple oil change. I highly recommend them to everyone!

They are professional, very friendly, honest and helpful. It turns out I didnt need the work done on my car that I thought I needed done. They found the issue in a short amount of time and also even showed me how to fix the parts that needed replaced to save me a few dollars in labor. I would definitely recommend this place highly and I would definitely take my car there again. A lot of places are dishonest and out to make some money but I believe the workers there are honest and really there to help people and not take advantage of them. The guys here are great. They dont charge you an arm and a leg and are always very polite and accomodating. I recommend them to everyone I here having car trouble or just need a sticker or oil change.

Had my car inspection done here. The younger gentleman was extremely helpful, and got me through quite quickly. While Im not a regular, it definitely seemed like they know their customers. Has that West Virginia feel to it.

A few years ago I had a window busted out and the glass was replaced by them but wouldnt roll up properly. I took it back to them to have it fixed and they said everything was good and on the track.Took it to Joe Holland body for the door panel (warped) and just asked if they could double-check the window as a courtesy. They fixed it with ease and told me It was just off the track. I dont know how you could miss it being off the track unless ABC auto didnt bother to check it at all.The 2nd star is only because this is a review of an old interaction and they -may- be less shady these days. I couldnt find a page to leave the review back then.

We took our truck there to get looked at. The older gentlemen said they wouldn’t get to it until the next day, which was fine. Not even 15 minutes later, he calls back and says it’s a transmission issue and to take it somewhere else. I’m not sure how they determined that within 15 minutes when they said they couldn’t even look at it until the next day. Upon pick up of the truck, it was making some rattling noise that it was not making prior to dropping it off with them. After calling them back to inform them of the rattle, they were annoyed and said all they did was drive it around the block but “they guessed they could take a look at it.” I don’t know how they determined that it was a transmission issue only if all they did was “drive it around the block.” I’m honestly not even convinced they did that. We are super disappointed In their service. We have taken our vehicles there for years but will no longer be back after the way we were treated.

Took in my Navigator with issues with misfires told them I had a helicoil in cylinder 7 but Harvey (the grandfather) kept blowing me off when I tried informing him of symptoms and previous work that had been done telling me he has worked on Fords for 40 years he thinks he knows what he’s doing...I let them proceed he replaced 3 coils and 2 spark plugs said he couldn’t get the 3rd spark plug out paid nearly $500...same problems...took it back since they offer a warrenty on their work...he says well if you’ll remember I said I did the best I could, everyone in the office (except the son) gets an attitude...I say well if you remember I still paid you to do the job right. He takes the vehicle again and replaces the spark plug and the coil (got charged for spark plug and coil (coil was supposed to be under warrenty) a week later problem persisted, keeps getting worse so I take a look at it myself and come to find out he never changed the problem coil and charged me for top of the line coil that I never received.

I took my truck down they rejected it. The grand dad found like 15 things he wanted fixed before he would pass it. I asked him to write them down he said you write them down.The son, the main owner, had an attitude, almost everytime I spoke to him.The grandson was very respectful and professional.I couldnt imagine dealing with or negotiating a repair with the grand dad or son.

Never will I go here again, came for a inspection and the mechanic tried telling me that my side reflectors were actually lights and I needed to replace them, didnt feel like arguing with him anymore so I paid the $22 for them took it to advance and guess what no light bulbs there what so ever and he had no idea what this guy was talking about >:( what a joke this place is
