Fadi was a huge help! He helped me discover why my trailer lights weren’t working. I thought they would need to replace the wiring, but it turned out to be just a burned out fuse. The solution was quick and inexpensive. I’ll be back.

I don’t know what the point of making an appointment is if you still have to wait hours for a hitch to be installed. Plus no waiting area means I’ve been sitting outside for hours because I’m from out of town and can’t just go home and wait it out. Wish I would have gotten a heads up that it would take this long.

Paid full money 3 weeks in advance for the hitch installation . On the date of installation , when I reached the front desk told me my installation was rescheduled (because of part not arrived) to July 8th and I was sent email notification . And he send me email while I was talking to him. Why take my money at first hand and make me wait for 2 weeks to say the part not there and reschedule it to next month without informing me . Now that my cycling plan of long weekend was ruined even though we planned almost a month ahead . So I tried to contact their customer service , it took me 45 minutes to get hold of them just to hear she cannot help me . Last time I checked they are not doing anything for free don’t know why this much of carelessness towards the customer . May be other people have good experiences with Uhaul but unfortunately for me I have not been lucky enough to get any decent amount of service from them . Hope other people don’t have to go through this . Good Luck !!!

I have had some service before, which has been good and no complaints there but Ive been trying to call for 4 days and no one picks up the phone! 15 minutes on hold and then just drops the call. I have wasted hours trying to get a hold of them to ask a few questions regarding a hitch installation. Extremely disappointed

Very quick and helpful associates. They didnt have the right part to fix my issue. But the handy guy fixed my damaged wire with left over parts at his shop for free, Robert and Ryan.

Went to get a hitch installed. Made an appointment, showed up on time. Hours later its still not ready. Whats the point of an appointment. Not very helpful or friendly front desk staff.

Great experience here renting a car hauler. After another establishment other than uhaul didnt pick up during business hours I chancef this location. I got very lucky and had a great seamless experience. Thanks to Elliot and Keon for the pickup and drop off assistance, these guys made getting my track car out to Summit Point much easier. Truly saved the day!

Robert said he was going to put me on hold, hung up on me 2 times, then on the third call waiting on hold 12 minutes, hung up will take my business elsewhere.

This place is awesome, customer service is a class of its own. Everyone is so courteous , cheerful & friendly .Fadi Khaddour is a Pro with excellent customer service skills . Very professional & courteous :)). He’s the go to guy . Installed the hitch & all in less than 20 minutes , when I was told 45 min to an hour. This location Well worth the 20 min drive from Vienna to deal with them. I’ll definitely be back to Fadi & this Uhaul location for any of my needs . They deserve 5 stars 👍🏻
