Amazing customer service. I wish I got the guy who helped us name. He was so helpful, friendly and put us at ease.Great facility and very organized.

I pulled into this Chantilly U-Haul near closing time, hoping someone would still be available to help me get my car off the auto transport. The employees that came out to help me were awesome. Everyone I met there was courteous, professional, and wanting to help. The place is very clean and very well managed. I have been in my share of U-Haul places, and this place is at the top. I would give it more than five stars if I could.

When I went to go rent the truck, I received great service. The owner was a really friendly and helpful. He got me into a truck even though I didn’t have a reservation at that location. A few days later I tried calling to check if I may have misplaced something in the truck and no one answered the phone. I tried calling 4 times and nothing. That kind of service I don’t appreciate. I don’t believe the man I spoke with was the one who did that so I don’t want to take that out on him. I’m giving 4 stars only because of him.

Staff was courteous for the most part. I rented a truck and came for the car trailer later only to find they rented my reserved trailer out. They switched me to another trailer. Then I had clearance issues with my car and they didnt help. I was able to find a slope and had the help of my hired movers to get my car loaded. Overall the experience was ok but not great.

Sunday crew was outstanding, all of them. Thanks again. The best service I ever received anywhere.

Went to get a moving van and they gave me a month free on my storage and half off my van! Super nice people. Michael Was very helpful and super sweet. Great guy. Glad I choose this location to get a unit.

Outstanding customer service! We had a truck rental fall through with another company + subpar customer service. We were desperate and frustrated and needed to get a truck and it was already 6:30 pm... We drove over here hoping that by some miracle things would work out. Although it took a while to get helped, it was because Ryan was providing excellent customer service to an older lady who was trying to buy moving supplies. He treated her the exact way Id want someone to treat my own grandma. Cant be mad about that! Once she finished, he helped us, cut us a deal for our trouble, and had us on our way within 10 minutes. Outstanding! Great service + awesome price... pretty much made our night. Thanks so much! Very easy to return after hours if you have a smartphone too!

These guys lost the truck that picked up and returned the exact same day. They literally called me the next day asking when I was going to return it. Then when I explained that I had dropped it off the same day I rented it, I didnt hear back. I expected it to be resolved and sorted out. That was not what happened. They charged me an EXTRA day for a truck that was sitting on their lot somewhere. I literally spent more time fighting to get my money back than I did driving the truck. Ridiculous.

Hitch install. They threw away the plastic skid plate on my Lexus SUV instead of cutting it to fit the hitch like I asked. The next day I asked the asst. manager Tim to fix it. He told me to go to Lexus and he would pay for it. I did and he honored the $300 fix. That was fair and I will do business with them again.

Garbage thats what this place is, not only did they not have what I needed they lied to me about their stock. Than sent me to another place after they called them and lied aBout what was I stock at the other place.Went to the other location 40 mins in traffic And the manager told me the other people lied...... They lied right to my face. About the stock and what the manager said.This place is disgusting and deserves no business. I have called corporate as well.STAY AWAY.

Our GUARANTEED delivery date didnt come in. Not only did they not call us to let us know, they lied and told us it was already there. This place is full of idiot employees who dont know what theyre doing.
