5/5 highly recommend asking for justin for help! He was incredibly helpful with changing a light on my car that another location said they could not do. On top of that he showed me different features on my car with the lights that I didn’t even know about. You could tell he really wanted to help as much as he could with the tools and information he had. Great customer service will be back again!

My car had engine check sign, and went for diagonsis. They were really very helpful and nice. I would go there in future for auto needs.

Wonderful customer service from Jake! My grandmother’s headlights keep going bad and Jake was extremely helpful in helping with the issue. We will definitely be returning to this AutoZone in the future.

My car has just gone across the country and was in dire need of a oil change. I hadn’t gotten one yet and I felt funny about my car on the way to a birthday party for my sons friend. So I stopped to check the oil and from what I know it looked a little low (however I know nothing about cars, the hood fell on my head the first time I put it up haha). So I went into a gas station to buy some oil but they didn’t have the correct oil so I was like I’m just going to go home and wait until I get the oil change. My kids started crying and freaking out! So my friend suggested I go to autozone and I did. I came to the counter with a huge container of oil and the attendant there, Jake, asked if I needed any help or found everything ok. So I asked him, do I just pour this in there or what? He was so helpful. He cane out, checked the oil, got the correct size oil and poured the oil in for me. He saved the day! We went to the birthday party! Jake was awesome and so understanding and more than willing to go above and beyond. Thanks Jake!

I went in today to purchase a battery charger for my car and the manager was so uninterested in helping. literally the manager stood around while we requested assistance and informed everyone else to not help us. Then requested that I go elsewhere to purchase what I needed. I definitely will and I recommend you do the same as well. Uninterested in helping we diagnose an issue or look for a solution. When your car has a problem with starting its the battery the starter or the alternator. If the manager doesnt know this he needs to find a new job. Isnt that 90% of your business, If the regional manager hired this Chantilly stores manager then they need to know they are losing a ton of money.

Cheapest sparesin town

Quick service, clean place. Got what I needed and was out the door within minutes. The really nice thing is the hours of operation, I can come here way after work and get what I need for my carEdit:Had a situation where I tried to order brake fluid on the mobile app for in store pickup, it wasnt working, and I wanted to use the 25% online coupon. I went to the store and Jake saw my phone through the whole process, and we both saw that there was no place to put the coupon code. I asked if I could do the discount in store, he and his manager refused. It amazes me that youd lose a customer over 5 dollars. Disappointed, I guess your experience here is a hit or miss

The sales associate (Saif) was exceptionally friendly and helpful during my first visit to AutoZone. I needed an item quickly so that I could make an appointment nearby. Saif greeted me very warmly when I entered the store and immediately offered help and professional advice. He also installed the part on my car. He made this shopping experience very pleasant and I also know that I received a good value with this product. I will definitely return to this store for my future auto needs. And I hope that I can work with Saif again. Hes the best!

Saif Always gets parts to me in a timely manner. A huge plus for a local shop. Would definally suggest talking to him there if you need anything.

Saif provided excellent customer service with purchasing and installing a new battery. Very respectful through the whole process and went above and beyond with the install.

They have been unfailingly friendly but in 4 visits for rather mundane small items, they have never had them in stock.

Manager was working alone. Service was poor. The manager was slow witted. I bought 4 items and would have been out in no time with self check out. No problem with the company, just the service yesterday at 5 PM was horrible.

They refuse to give any kind one of commercial deals.Got a price from the auto zone next to my shop and “manny” gave me a sticker price refused to give any kind of a deal and said in a rude way “go get it from the other store then, so I did”.Never shopping there again even though i pass the place every day!

Great service on the phone and in person. The associate, Shase, changed my battery and had me on my way in under 10 minutes and it was cheaper than Advance Auto Parts.

I almost broke down a public highway..which meant a costly tow, over me not having changed my coolant..upon breaking down in a parking lot, an AUTO ZONE showed up out of nowhere, and was aided by staff to get my car on the road again in the freezing cold..highly recommend this AUTO ZONE
