My BEST employer till datePros – I joined USM with not much expectations because in sales job you cannot expect much freedom initially. But the management here was very co-operative and they offered every assistance i needed to get things done. My feedback and suggestions were taken seriously and were addressed.Good opportunities to people who are willing to work hard & good recognition.Cons – I didnt come across any problem, everything about USM is great.Advice to Senior Management – They are doing a great job
