Unfortunately, it appears that the other reviews here are correct when they say this place is unprofessional and unresponsive. The reviews I see are fairly old so, I thought I would give a recent review for you. Basically, I cant even get things off the ground with them. They are taking days to just get the initial process started. Also, they said I would receive my application and interview link via email and they apologized for dropping the ball and forgetting about me. I gave them another chance and I still have not received the initial processing paperwork. I am very compassionate that things are difficult for everyone in the world now so, I wanted to give them a fair chance. But, the fact that they rush me off the phone and talk over me and put me on the back burner has been making me feel disrespected and unappreciated. I am someone that wants to work very hard and hustle to get things done. If someone disappoints me initially they end up disappointing me down the road even more. So, I am going to pass on this waste of my time and move on with my job search. Never settle for less. You deserve the very best. And, never wait around for anyone. Time is precious and your time is valuable. I wish you great success on your job search. Never give up.

Immediately got a call from this company regarding a position I applied for online. We did a brief phone interview going over my resume and I came in the same day for an in person interview.At the in person interview, I sat with the person I spoke with via phone and basically answered the same questions as I did on the phone. It was quite repetitive and then I was asked to fill out an online application, again, same information.Besides that fact, I thought the job description sounded promising and that I had a good chance of getting the position. They briefly described what it was and how much it paid. I filled out direct deposit forms (which they actually processed) and other va tax forms.I have worked with temp agencies and staffing agencies in the past and that usually meant you were placed fairly quickly.I was told I should hear back within a few days.I also had additional questions to be answered while they were processing my application.They never respond to my emails, and when I call its Were still processing your application. You should hear back from us by tomorrow at the latest.I called the next day after not hearing back. Next day turned into the end of the week and so on.Never did I get a response back from these people and they dont seem to respond to email.Not sure what happened, but so much time had passed that I am sure someone else would have filled that position by now that I thought I was going to get.Quite unprofessional if you ask me. If I didnt get it. A simple phone call or email saying so would be nice. I did more calling and emailing than they did in return.Now I know where NOT to apply.

Disapointed with this recruting agency. Their staff are rude and disrespectful. These people need to realize that they are not in the bussines of selling cattle or some sort of goods. If they are trusted to find human capital so they should start right there. Right Jen Anderson. Extremely disapointed with you manners.
