The owner Sam is incredibly knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond for his customers. I track my cars I need tires replaced quite often. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I took my car to Tire Shop & Auto because of their good reviews at their Vienna VA location. I figure that a shop with great reviews would offer honest service. My car is making a vibration noise. The store owner/ manager said he will run a diagnostic on my car to find the problem. He called me back 2 hours later and stated that my front tires need to be replaced. I told him my tires are brand new and then he said that he will switch tires from one side to the other side and will do an alignment, that should fix the vibration noise. I picked up my car around 3pm. When I drove the car it was still making the vibration noise. I called the store and I told them my car is still making the same noise. He said he doesnt know what going on and to call back tomorrow when the owner, Sam, will be here. I called the following day and I spoke with the manager/owner. I told him Sam my car still makes the same noise! The owner Sam told me he did an alignment or whatever work he did on my car not to fix the problem but to prevent the problem from getting worse. He said I can replace the 2 front tires. maybe that will help to stop the noise. I asked him what if it’s not the tires because my tires are brand new. He said it could be your wheel bearings, WOW. I paid them $80 to run a diagnostic to figure out what exactly is wrong with the car. I guess he didnt even bother to run diagnostic. Very shady, very dishonest. you wont be in business for very long if you continue rip people off. I submitted my complaint to business bureau as well.

Love my tires, fair price for what you get, and free rotation for the life of the tire. I was referred here by someone else I trust, and I referred my roommate after. Theyre just a good business.

Greatest tire/auto repair shop I have been to. The staff here are some of the friendliest people I have ever met and they will always keep you up to date on the status of your repair. On top of that, I went in to change a tire and found out that I needed to change not one, but two. The gentleman who assisted me took my vehicle and did the repairs and an oil change fairly quickly. If you need work done on your vehicle, this should be your go to shop!

Best Place I have ever been to get tires. Brandon was awesome. They were fast and knew what they were doing. Also love the little cat, Maggie. What a great place and crew. I would recommend anyone to these guys.

My experience is similar to that of some other customers. When I first went to the store to buy tires the staff were very courteous, helpful, and apparently professional. Within a year one tire had failed completely, and at least two others were showing significant tread separation causing vibration in the steering [even after balancing] and a dangerous bulge in the side wall. They refused to honor the warranty saying that this was because the roads in Northern Virginia and Washington have potholes, and I had not rotated the tires within a year of buying them. Their only remedy was to offer to sell me new tires. I do not recommend using this company.

Excellent Customer Service from Sam. I called for quotes on a tire and didnt know too much information about what I was looking for however, Sam took his time with me and never rushed me through my million and one questions. They stand behind all of their work and are extremely professional. They are knowledgeable and DO NOT try to over sell anything that you dont need. I was searching for tires at a reasonable price and was recommended by a friend to this company. I called and received wonderful customer service by phone and when I went into the shop I was greeted with wonderful customer service as well. I was provided quick service installing my tires. I didnt have to wait hours. My first experience with this company was great and I plan to return as a customer in the future.

The operator gave me very good price (almost 1/2 of other stores) and told me the tires are in very good shape when asked about the tire thread.Just to make sure, went to another shop (had already called on the phone,) who tried to sell me used tires, which were in good shape but only $25 less than the price of a new one.After that, I went to this shop (quality used tires) and the guy (owner, Sam introduced himself to me) was very polite and professional showed me the tires that had more than 77% of thread left on them. He changed the tires with care and did not push me to replace the other 2 tires (I know myself the rear 2 ties are quite good.) Upon my inquiry, he told me about a tire alignment shop that charges $20-25 less than others and took the time to call them for me to make sure they are open (it was around 5:30 pm). By chance, I know the alignment guy through a friend but had forgotten about him. Quality used tires is a honest business and I highly recommend it to everybody

Let me start off by saying I HATE going into tire shop places. I always feel like they’re trying to pull one from under you and sell you stuff you don’t need. But not this place, I was happy to walk into a very friendly but non aggressive service. Sam is a straight forward person which I definitely appreciate coming from other tire places in the area *cough* Midas, Goodyear, etc. *cough*. Tire Stop even had the best prices on their “in house” tires which have a great warranty on them. I live in Richmond but this place is so great I’m probably going to make the drive up there because it’s totally worth it.

I had a really good experience at Tire Stop. I got a terrific price on Winter tires, and Sam showed me the alignment readings that caused “cupping” in my previous set. Although I had an alignment done recently, Sam’s crew discovered a seized adjustment nut that they were able to free with heat. Will definitely go back!

Decent place. Ill come there again if I need tires (new or used). The service was quick and was able to repair my recent tires which had a couple of nails. The owner unlike other tire shops was honest in his opinion about the tires.

Perfect service and excellent experience. Professional staff. I had a punctured tire. Been to Virginia tire and auto, they said tire cant be repaired. They wanted to seek me a new one.I have called about 20 stores to find a used tire, 255-40-17RF, Tire stop was the only one to have it. When I came in, I asked him if the tire was repairable. It actually was. So they just plugged it, and I was good to go. Thanks for the help!!!

These guys at Tire Stop are seriously the BEST crew I have ever dealt with. Having moved from the Hampton Roads area, all I had to go by were the ratings I had seen online from this place. Let me say that they absolutely delivered! Not only were they a big help in the used tire department, they were really informative as far as PSI standards for my car and for the actual tire. They knew thier stuff!! Ill definitely be a returning customer and will recommend them to anyone looking for new and/or used tires! To top it off they probably should do some comedy skit on the side, the guys are pretty hilarious! Oh and Maggie the cat definitely knows her way around the shop!

14063 Willard Rd Chantilly VA 20151 location has the Worse service ever I just took my car here for tire replacement and when I picked up my car it didnt want to start. I asked ISAM EL-MEHALAWY (Samer) who was assisting me what was the issue he rudely said the battery was bad which was not true. Everything was working just fine before I left my car in their care and this has never happened before. also I have just serviced the car few months ago. He said if I had a problem just take it to the States and he had such a bad attitude he was very rude and just walked away without resolving the issue. I suspect they probably changed my car battery for an old one, I feel cheated and wasted my money. I will caution anyone who want to use their services please find another place that have honest people this place is not to be trusted.

Great shop! I called about a tire and they had it ready to go when I arrived. The shop was clean and had a comfortable waiting area. They took time to discuss my concerns regarding tread depth and performance issues when adding a replacement tire to an existing set which put me at ease. They also give a guarantee if the tire fails. I couldnt be happier.

Spoke to Sam this morning for a quote on 4 new tires. He was very helpful and nice even though I made a mistake giving him my tire number. Anyways, I arrived 15 minutes earlier than my appointment time and they were able to put new tires on in 35 minutes. The guy working there was nice and all of the info Sam gave me about my tires were passed along. So I really didnt have to say much when checking out. I also like that tire rotations for every 10,000 miles were included. Oh and it had the cheapest tires for the best value in the area. I called 6 different places to compare prices.

I am responsible for all the equipment repairs and maintenance for United Airlines Express at Dulles airport. I found Quality Used Tires on Google. When I arrived I was taken back by how clean the shop area was. The waiting area was extremely nice however, I did not spend any time in there because they were so friendly we just talked out in the shop as they installed the tires on my truck. Initially there was some concern that there may be issues since I went to a much larger off-road tire. Unlike other shops they were gracious enough to mount one tire on my rim and put it on the vehicle to check to see if they would fit. They indeed fit! The crew ay Quality Used Tire is definitely AWESOME! I will use them for any tire needs I have.

I went to quality used tires looking for a set of tires for my range rover. their sitting area feels like i entered a hotel lobby, the guy was very friendly, and he greeted me right away. He determined the size tire i needed for my truck and very quickly found the correct size in his shop. The tires looked almost new, and he only charged me $180 for all 4 tires (which included mount and balance). I sat in their lobby and watched TV for roughly 30 min, and voila, my car was ready.tires are great, service is great, price is amazing. i could not be happier with my visit there. . .

Id called every shop in the DMV looking for a pretty specific tire size and NO luck. Then, the tire gods shown their light down upon Tire Shop Express when the gentleman on the phone confirmed that not only did they have the size I needed.... they had many of it (thank you tire gods).I showed up around lunch time. The two guys working were extremely friendly, and while the office itself didnt boast of gold tiled flooring and wall made of crystal, it wasnt bad for a tire shop... hey, they even had complimentary refreshments (which is more than I can say for most doctors offices).In and out in under 15 minutes. Got exactly what I needed, mounted and balanced. There was no BSing, the guys handling business and threw the tires in my trunk - just like Id asked.Highly recommend for used tires at an awesome price and QUICK too!

Fast, professional, and knowledgable.I was shown some tires that were lightly used, and they put them on no problem.I noticed someone was complaining about dud tires. Because their valve stems were leaking... That is an entirely separate issue of what involves your tire. So how is it the tire?Its unfair to give them 4 stars because of an issue that was not the tires, they fixed it for you. AND gave you a refund regardless. Shame on you!

Took my car here because of their stellar reviews to their Tysons location. I figured that a shop with so many great reviews would offer the services i was looking for. I actually drove here 45 mins to get my tires mounted and installed with them. I dropped off my car and told me it would be ready in about 2-3 hours time. Came back and as i was coming back i noticed they were pulling my car in. I didnt say much as i figured they were test driving it. I paid and went home and checked my dashcamara, and guess what..they had taken my car out on a 30+ minute test drive. The guy who actually owns this is the one who advised to do this. I called and got a free wheel alignment. Months later, this wheel alignment turned out to messed up my rear tires. The owner was supposed to refund me an additional 100 dollars but never did so. Just becareful with this shop and make sure you count your mileage before. Also forgot to mention that they had the audicity to use my EZpass when they were test driving it. Also they opened the hood right before taking it out and started joking. I still have the footage of this incident did not want to put this shop on the spot.

Worst experience, claimed i would get money for Pirelli tires as they are under warranty, (When called Pirelli they gave TireStop contact) Sam didnt fill proper paper work for refund money and TCI distributor lost tires. I called 70 or 80 times for status and everytime gave wrong info as they are waiting. They never asked for status from TCI distributor, they just bluffed for an year and half. Beware of any of their promises they will never fulfill..

I had an alignment done here, and asked for the toe and camber to be even. Its not. In fact, theyre still out of factory specifications! Its right on the sheet they gave me. I also asked for the sai values, and they werent done. Tire Stop took my money for a service that they didnt perform correctly. They are friendly and listen over the phone, but their shop technicians dont match this level of service at all. This is disgusting.

I went to the shop for a set of 4 used tires. The people there were super friendly. Got a complete set for a good price. I was really happy with their service and professionalism and being upfront about everything.The problems with the tires started after 2 or 3 days. In the span of a week, 2 of the tires started leaking air. Went to them and they fixed it. The problem was the valve stems. I replaced all of them just to be sure it wouldnt happen again. They charged me for replacing the valve stems which is think was unfair because it was less than a week after I bought it from them.A few days went by and again there was a leak. This time it was for another reason altogether. They fixed the issue free of charge but I was left sorely disappointed by the tires which were given to me by them.Maybe mines are a dud.Id definitely recommend going to their place because they are fast, efficient and know how to run a business with a smiling face but the events which transpired has left me in a serious doubt whether Ill go back to them or not.Quick update: Got a call from Sam from the tire stop place at Tysons. He refunded the money the shop took for the valve stems.Another update: got my alignment done before I got my money back. The car went out of alignment thanks to tire pull. Took it back to my shop and they told me that one of tyres have already gone bad. Called them up to see whether they could replace it.Unfortunately this time, so such good response from them. Instead they blamed it on the alignment. I have driven around 800 miles after I got the tyres and they said it would last another 20000 miles or so. So Im at a loss.Thats what you get when you try to save money, I guess. The amount of time I have wasted shuttling back and forth, might as well have spent the extra money and gotten good tires
