Great service.. So much faster then other locations. I try and rent here always.

I made a huge mistake after making a reservation for $185. I tried to cancel the reservation, I ended up being charged a cancelation fee of $150 and they only refunded back $35. I couldnt even cancel 24hrs in advanced cause I canceled the same day I reserved the car. I never even picked up the vehicle or even gotten to use it yet! I called up asking the agent where on the website is this $150 cancelation fee located.The agent couldnt even tell me then she hung up on me. This fee is only located on the bottom of the digital receipt in fine print AFTER I have made a purchase. This is absolutely shady. On a side note I seen in the comments that another person got charged $200 for his cancelation fee. Budget needs to update the website and have this cancelation fee of $150 listed on the website NOT after I have made a payment!

They are nice and have cars when others dont. They just need to communicate better about upgrading and if youre going to get charged

Horrible , they scammed me out of $200. The receptionist seems like a scam artist . Thank god for my bank allowing me to dispute this.

We have rented vehicles from Sam fir at least 19 years.Always, pleasant and staff very personable.Cars are clean . Will continue to recommend to friends and visitors to go to this location.Kudos! For great deals and customer service.

After checking online and confirming I could rent a car using a debit card, I was refused at the counter at this location. I dont carry debt and wont accept credit card offers, so if thats a requirement, then Ill pass.

Nico (sp?) did a great job, and gave me a better rate than Hertz. I will definitely rent from Budget at this location again. It also only 3 miles from my house, so I avoid all those airport taxes. My only small complaint was that I had to wait because was giving good customer service to the person in front of me. So if that is the worst, then Im happy.

My wife and I rented a car for a short trip and this budget location was friendly, quick and thorough. The vehicle was clean and ready to go... and upon return the process was very easy... Thank you..would definately rent again from them.

I needed to rent a car for a business trip down to Sierra Vista Az. I did not want to leave my car at the airport, I did not know there was a Budget Car Rental in my area, gave it a try and was completely satisfied by the car, cleanliness of the vehicle and quick in and out service from Sam and his staff. Great cars and great value. No need to rent at the airport anymore.

Sam is such a pleasant person to work with. He was quick, professional, courteous and thoughtful about the car I would need for a very long drive. The rental assigned to me was a Kia Soul. It was spotlessly clean and a very comfortable drive.

Not my first use of this agency because it is convenient and easy to use. The rate is always better than the airport and its so quick to pick up and drop off the car. The owner is friendly and the cars clean.

Great rate and staff. The only thing I didnt love was the car itself, the mazda 3. I will definitely use Budget again instead of another company that used to have my business. Budget was ready with my car when I got there did two walk arounds with me, when I came back the check in process of the car was fast and easy. Thank you again.

The office was just a bit hard to find, but once I did the rep was super helpful and courteous. The vehicle was as promised, rates were as quoted, no surprises. Thats what I like.
