Bought a new Chevy express and needed a wheelchair lift and install. They quoted me for the lift, install, vinyl topped subfloor, and qstraint locking system right away. It was yhe lowest price of all the mobility companies i called. Allen was my salesperson. He was always friendly and honest. Kept me informed. The technicians were great and they finished the work quickly and beautifully. Highly recommended! They do all kinds of models of wheelchair lifts and ramps.

We hope to work with you in the future.Original post: I recently purchased a few ADA vans for my transportation company. I spoke with Scott (apparently the manager). He stated that there is no discount for auto repair shops. He gave me an outrageous quote of $1100 for 3 pieces of trim. I called Ability Center and got a quote for $366 for the same parts. I called him for part for a different vehicle. He refused to give me a quote and told me to call the other company. Seems he was a bit upset, since he was trying to up price me $700 dollars.

Remote start on my2019 promoter went out after a battery failure, Scottset me up with the installer and they fixed it in no time. Great coordination from a caring crew.

My ramp stopped working. I was concerned about the cost to repair but I needed to have it done. I scheduled an appt with United Access Chandler. When I arrived they expected me and immediately started diagnostics. The service technician showed me the results and gave me insight on how to keep the problem from recurring. The establishment was clean and everyone was extremely customer focused. They are thorough and quite competent. They cost to repair was more than reasonable! This place is awesome. I cannot believe when I needed a left gas pedal installed for about a year due to right foot surgeries in Oregon at R & J Mobility. I now live in Tempe, AZ and requir yet another right foot surg. I kept the $1000.00 parts and came here to reinstall. Kyle & Brent discovered the place in OR did not install a $210.00 part that belongs on the floorboard and bolts were loose!!!!! Seriously!!! This was dangerous! Thank God guy in. OR had just thrown in the trunk in OR and I found it and they installed for 1/ 2 labor. OR place just was lazy a skipped a step. United are so incredible, honest and CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR SAFETY!

Performance mobility was very helpful in helping me find a car that was right for me, and also adding on multiple modifications. They went above and beyond the call of duty by helping with transportation to and from their facility. I would definitely recommend them, they provided quality work, were able to think outside the box regarding unique modifications, and work well with their clients.

The people are wonderful! John the Service Manager and technician Kyle are extremely knowledgeable, but also were able to get me in, in an emergency, at the last minute, AGAIN. I dont want to replace my lift so Im baby-ing this one along. They do their best with my lift, especially since they dont make parts for it anymore, making simple modifications, just to get me by. I will always bring my conversion vans here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

After a horrible experience with Arizona Mobility Center (caveat emptor), I found Performance Mobility. What a night and day difference in business presence and customer care! Gary is extremely nice and made sure I was important to him and Performance in a more long-term sense. John is very knowledgeable in all things van conversions and repairs. And Randy is super nice and was clean and thorough in the fitting and installation process. Everyone I interacted with at Performance Mobility was very courteous and kind while maintaining a posture of value-added professionalism that was glaringly absent at the other place. I will not hesitate to continue my relationship with Performance Mobility. As a matter of fact, Gary and I are going to a ballgame when the Dbacks get back in town!
