I needed to replace my radio /CD player . Unfortunately, they left numerous deep scratches in my dash . Not just around the radio. They offer only a card to someone who may be able to fix it .If I had known they would be so careless I would gone elsewhere.

We created a phased plan to get me where I wanted to be, starting with a sub and amp, which he got installed the next day. Was there Oct 1, 2021...first in door at 9 am. No one else waiting. Need 6×9 speakers for rear deck of towncar. Also had questions about a cd player and an ipod adapter. Ok, then was told it must be written up. And that I could not be helped unless this was done. And. That he would have to stop helping me if others come in.ok, so looked at 6×9 speakers found a pair of JVCs. Told him and he says well, maybe, maybe not. I said that we can go to the car look at the speakers and get the answers he needs. He says, well maybe we can see them, but maybe there enclosed. At what point does he not understand English!? He wouldnt even go to the car! Wanted to buy today. But left!

I have bought 3 Apple Car Play/ Android Auto systems from them. They are happy to install and take my money but when it comes to fixing something under warranty it is very difficult to get it fixed. They are too busy. They keep saying just bring it in next week but dont actually give you an appointment.

Shout out to Scotty Karate, JP, & Tyler for the sick install today on my 03’ 4Runner. Got a nice 7” touchscreen w CarPlay / Android auto & back up camera installed. Unit works flawless and back up camera is super clear and crispy. Spent a little extra for the right part to keep my steering wheel volume and station controls working with the new unit and it was worth it to keep the convenience of these features. The guys here are kind and professional and thorough when it comes to answering your questions. Even offered to help walk me through everything in the end. 10/10 happy with the install and great customer service all the way around will definitely be back for more!

They had some no shows so I was more than happy to fill their schedule!! Good equipment and poor service. Waited 20 minutes for salesman to show customer ahead of me everything and explain his purchase and then said here’s your key is that was all I got. They didn’t even tell me where my vehicle was. I found it. I opened the door to a grease smudge on my leather seats. I started it and all settings are “zero’d out” and nothing was set up. The sound was poor and needed set up. Amp was mounted with sticky tape and a control knob hanging down from where it was sticky taped to console. I have always had good luck at AE but I will not return to this location.

Had a sound system installed but my base always gives out when I drive. The work was super sloppy most of my door covers had their clips broken and my window seal wasn’t installed right because it’s too tight in the window. I know this because it scratched my tint. Also had some covers missing that were there before. Plus the price was really high I expected better service for 2 grand.

Was looking for some speakers and I seem to always want whats not in stock. But not today, Audio express had the speakers I wanted and planted the seed for a pair of new tweeters. Which Im still having the discussion with myself about the upgrade. I usually lose in these debates with me and myself. They always seem to get what they want. I was able to get scheduled, had a couple complications with box fitment and they did right by me and accessed individual boxes to ensure everything fit properly at no additional cost. I’m happy with the overall sounds quality. It’s a night and day difference over stock and I definitely am going to enjoy music that much more. Well worth the investment if you love music. You can’t beat a professional install with everything done right and the work being warranties and stood behind.Everything looks factory with no corners cut. I walked in here after doing a cursory amount of research but not really knowing what I was looking for. Scotty (Scottie?) was super helpful, he got me set up with exactly what I was hoping for. Ended up buying a JL HO112w6-v3 with the accompanying JL XD600, came back a couple weeks later for the install, and I really could not be happier with the result. This sub absolutely SLAMS for the meager 600 watts that it wants, and it coming with its own engineered prefab box was fantastic. Originally I was planning on building a box but with the current cost of lumber I wouldve had to sell my house to do it.Huge thanks to Scotty (Scottie?) and the team for their above-and-beyond service, non-pushy attitudes toward making the sale and the install. The install is very clean, they perfectly accommodated my (probably annoying) desires for my amp switch and sub placement, and I am extremely impressed with the product.

Walked in on a Saturday - talked with Jesús about upgrading the sound in my 4Runner. I had a few parameters to meet, I gave him my budget, I asked a lot of questions. Everything Jesús recommended was right in line with what I was looking for, he wasnt selling me anything, he was helping me do this right - so I pulled the trigger. 2000 RAM 2500 - Joel H.Came here for a remote start, GPS, and 2-way remote & app install. I only went in for a quote, but apparently someone cancelled on their appointment and I was able to be fit in for the install. Only took a few hours, but the service was engaging, friendly, and over all recommendable.My install was hardly noticable. There was only one see-able change to my trucks interior and everything else was left either alone or the way it was before leaving the keys.Nice work being done at this location.Ask for Jesus! Audio express put a complete system brand new stereo, speakers and back up camera in my my Pontiac Firebird, and everything sounds great. They were careful taken panels off and did a good job putting them on. Looks almost as if they didn’t take anything off which is good. Audio express did a great job! Much recommended.

After pickup he gave steps and best practices to ensure I would get the full lifespan and power of my customized system. Their work was clean, no wires showing anywhere, and he even went the extra mile to fix something that another company had poorly installed. Jon & his crew replaced my factory MyFordTouch system when no one else could! 🤩🥳The APIM (accessory protocol interface module) in my 2012 Ford Focus died, leaving me a blank screen and no sound in my vehicle. After a trip to the dealership I learned that just to get sound they would have to replace the factory system, which alone costs $600 before installation and labor😱😱I wasn’t looking to pay that much for an 8-year-old system so I started saving money and I went to four different audio specialists who all said the same thing: “THERE IS NO INSTALLATION KIT FOR MYFORDTOUCH. WE CAN’T DO IT.” (Except one guy quoted me $1000 without looking up any information about the vehicle... 👎)Then I went to Audio Express. They were immediately intrigued by the situation and said they would love to take on the challenge. 🤔I brought my car in after work the next day, and they immediately got to work. Within an hour, they found a solution and let me know it could be done. 🙌 Not only that, but they were able to upgrade my system to a new CarPlay compatible model that connects to my iPhone in ways MyFordTouch never could. Most importantly, I had SOUND! 🎶🎵Lastly, the new system didn’t quite fit in the space of the 8 inch touchscreen, which I said was fine by me, but they weren’t satisfied until everything was perfect. I brought my new, used truck in to have the stereo checked out and it ended up being a Mickey moused installation that was actually a fire hazard. The wiring had been cut up, rerouted and rigged beyond repair. Jon and Jesus really know their stuff. They got me in immediately when I told them I was going out of town. I needed a new deck and Jon found a nice touch screen JVC that was left over from Black Friday and he gave me the same sale price. The rat’s nest of wiring was cleaned up, the backup camera connected and they ran it through the existing Infinity amp. The hands free phone app is awesome, but my favorite part of the job is the dash plate. It looks amazing and it increases the value of my truck by $1000! Thanks guys, I’ll be back for a new sub as soon as I get some more money...Lol
