William was awesome. Helped me out in a bind due to holiday weekend and got me sorted out and on my way. Great customer service! Nothing special about the units as they are old school regular types storage but they are affordable which is nice. Highly recommend.

Will is the just the best person you could ask for. Helpful to the extreme and as nice as can be. He goes out of his way to greet you and offer assistance with things he doesnt have to. If youre looking for storage the price is right and Will is The Man to see.

William is not only the most professional but friendliest person Ive met who serves the public. I applaud his positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my property and I are taken care of. He went as far as stopping by me when I was accessing my unit to see if I needed a new weather strip during the recent extreme raining. Thankfully I did not but with two units here its nice to know my property is safe. The storage facilities themselves are always kept clean and secure, ive never had to deal with a gate that wont open or any form of rodents or bugs like so many storage units Ive had at other establishments have had. Between William and the facilities I have no problem storing my property here long term!

I’ve been using Arizona Storage Inns – Chandler for years and even moved to a larger unit. I did a lot of research before deciding on this facility and chose this one because of the many benefits including the free moving truck, lowest rate, 10 day cancellation notice, access time from 6am until 9pm, security gates always work, property kept clean including the bathroom, and everything was handled right away.The property managers William and Jacob are always cheerful and handle the business very professionally. I have recommended this facility to many of my friends and have gotten great feedback from them. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a clean and secure facility with excellent customer experience. This has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I have rented storage units with other companies in the past which left me feeling restricted by the rules, extra charges, and frustrating service including high employee turnover, management not available, faulty gates, early close times and no personal attention - None of this has happened here at the Arizona Storage Inn.Having dealt with William McBride for over a year, I can honestly say I look forward to going to the site and getting his personal attention, it makes me feel at home. I hope the owner knows how good William is at his job and he gets compensated accordingly… he is the BEST STORAGE MANAGER I have ever dealt with and would recommend this place to all my friends mainly because of him!

I have rented from several different storage places over the years, and I also worked for a company that handles all of the maintenance for several different storage unit companies, and by far, I think this one is the best. The rates are very affordable for this industry, , the staff is super helpful and friendly, specifically the property manager, William. I had some specific needs that he met for me when deciding to rent a unit from him for my small business. He was very accommodating. This location is always clean and well maintained. I recommend this property to anyone and everyone in need of a storage unit.

Reading some of the reviews for this place, I think people are misjudging it. Customer service is second to none, they should have 5 Stars across the board. When I first came in and met with Sheila, she was very courteous and even offered to hold a unit for me with only my name and phone number. I ended up renting the unit the next day and William helped me with this transaction. William is an awesome person, very helpful, courteous, friendly, and most of all knowledgeable. I originally needed the unit for a short period like a week or so, but one of their requirements if you need to end the lease you have to give a 10 day notice. So automatically if I gave the notice when I signed the contract, I still have to pay for another month of rental. Guess what, William waived that for me and it was very helpful. Thank you again and I will use this place anytime I have a need for one. if you are in the market for a storage unit and this is in your area, I highly recommend it, please try them out.

I’ve had a storage unit here for almost ten years. My rent is automatically deducted from my bank card each month. I recently lost my card, and forgot to contact them with my new number. I received an email telling me that I was late, so I called them to give them my new account info. I was then told that they were going to charge me a late fee. I asked if they would please wave that, considering how long I had been renting from them. The manager told me that he had no way of waving fees, they are automatic. Guess who is looking for a new storage unit?

I was a customer for almost 3 years and always found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. The monthly rates are reasonable and they offer the convenience of multiple payment options.I would definitely go the Arizona Storage Inns for any future needs!

Williams (Chandler) customer service is first class, a pleasure to deal with. Noteworthy, in fact. Units are clean, free of bugs and dry. The grounds are well maintained without weeds or garbage or piles of junk cars. What really separates this business, however, is the fact that they keep long term employees. It isnt a new person each time you visit or call, in Chandler its William, and hes genuinely great at his job.

This facility was recommended by a friend and I would do likewise. William was very helpful, and he went out of his way to accommodate our storage needs. Excellent value and a well-managed company.

Friendly staff and competitive prices made this an easy choice. I was glad to see that the storage lockers were clean and easy to access. The only thing that could be improved is the lighting after sunset - take a flashlight if you are there after dark.

Stopped in today to see about making space in my garage and renting a storage unit. William McBride helped me by finding out what I needed in a storage unit. He was great and easy to work with. Showed me around the facility and we toured potential units to rent. Explained the Rental Prices very well and even let me know they had a free box truck to help me move!! William has gone above and beyond all expectations I had when renting a storage unit and personally saw to it that I was taken care in every aspect of my move in and move out. A friend referred me to AZ Storage Inns. I had passed it many times but never stopped. Needed to store my car in a garage for several weeks while away, so dropped in. I never checked with anywhere else! William has been wonderful with whom to work. And the facility is amazingly clean and very secure. As I stood outside, someone was on their way to their storage unit and stopped to tell me how great it was! Convinced me! William even made a point of changing the FIRST unit we had discussed to another one that just became available, that he thought I could get my car into more easily. He helped guide me in, and it was perfect! I would heartily recommend this for ANYONES storage needs!

I was looking for a short time storage solution and found the best price at Arizona Storage in Chandler. But I also found friendly and helpful customer service! They have a good secure system of limited access to the area. Yesterday, my storage needs were done and I turned my unit back with no problems or unexpected fees. If I ever need extra storage again, I will go back!

We just cant say enough nice things about William and Jacob! These guys are not only very professional and run a clean and safe facility, but they are wonderful human beings as well! Sometimes storage is just storage, but there are times when storage becomes a very emotional family snafu. Paul the on-site manager got me set up fast, no waiting around. Great service especially since I was a walk in. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a perfect storage solution for my needs. Paul was very thorough, informative, accommodating, professional, attentive to detail and friendly. He even had me make sure my personal entry code worked prior to leaving! Great experience.

I have had nothing but great experiences dealing with the staff at Arizona Storage Inns. Giana and Trace’. I came to them in need of a storage unit because I was fleeing an abusive relationship. I came into the office broken, ashamed and scared. Giana immediately recognized that there was a deeper issue then just me needing a storage unit and immediately began not only preforming her professional duties by setting me up with not only a great storage unit, but also a moving truck and moving supplies, but by also showing me compassion and respect. She offered me words of encouragement and advice and even directed me to programs and shelters that assist battered women. This place and its staff are great and they are very upfront about their fees and pricing, no hidden fees or scams. Great prices too!! I highly recommend This Place!!!

Good customer service and very safe property

Im very unhappy with the poor customer service. I recently closed my unit. I spoke with the office manager, not sure of her name a heavy set African American woman, Kianna or something similar. I explained that I was 3 days late in removing items due Medical complications with my heart. She seem very concerned and instructed me not to worry about sweeping out unit. She was adamant, stating concern that I may pass out on property, even joking stating she did not want to have to call an ambulance. She said she would sweep out unit and donate any usable item also stating that the company donate items left. I told her I wish I would have known because I had posted an add giving away all items left. I was instructed anything left she clean out and donate, even saying that if I were not well enough to wait for person picking up items, she would do it for me. The person had just pulled up so it was unnecessary.The manager assured me my account was closed, she instructed me leave the door up and wished me well. This was then end of October. On November 13, 2017 my social security debit account was charged $115. 10. I spoke with the manager who seemed very frustrated, stating she did not know how this has happened she would speak with the district manager for a refund. She was confirm my phone number and told me I would receive a call back. My daughter, my emergency contact, received a call within 15 minutes of me speaking with the manager. Fortunately I was visiting her so I was able to receive this call. I spoke with Kevin Cobb, who express that he was the district manager, before I could state that he was calling on the wrong number, he began being very belligerent about a signed contract I made with the storage company and how I would be charged late fees and sued if I did not comply with the contract. Mr. Cobb would not acknowledge my telling him that I have already been charged on a card that was supposed to be removed from the account in October. Mr. Cobb became so belligerent that I really was unable to continue speaking due to my CHF and not having the air to speak. My daughter took the phone and asked for his the name of Mr. Cobb s manager. Mr. Cobb refused to comply stating he was the only person we could speak to. My daughter express that he was being hostile and she would feel better speaking to someone else. He again stated we have to deal with him. My daughter stated he was being unprofessional and he hung up on her. I attempt to call back only to receive busy signals for the next hour. This is the worst management I have ever experienced. I have excused prior mishaps and double charges with their system, the incorrect information out in on my account etc. I understand computer errors happen and the store manager was new, poorly trained and overwhelmed. However there is no excuse for rudeness that is a personal choice. Very, very bad service. Shame on you Kevin Cobb!!!
