Property Plus has been helping me for 2 years now. They were quick to find the right tenants twice without delay. Jen who helps me has been great to work with and takes care of any issues that comes in way. True to their objective, so far PPU has been keeping me as homeowner free of managing a property allowing me time for other things in life. Kirsten is a great leader who takes care of escalations and she makes sure I am updated of overall market situation with here market data.

Property Plus USA is a great company. Knowledgeable staff and very focused on their clients. They do a great job for tenants but ultimately they protect their real estate investor and homeowner clients by keeping properties occupied with quality renters! Love these guys!

Ive used Property Plus as my property management for my rental for over 7 years now. They really do a great job managing the property, vetting and getting new tenants in when vacant, and keeping on top of all maintenance and other day to day activities. And best of all, they do this without breaking your wallet.

Many of the reviews I see here are from home owners. I do not see many from renters. I had been renting through Property Plus for the last 3 years. In 2019, our refrigerator and freezer broke. It took 3 weeks to have it replaced. During those three weeks, it was nearly impossible to get an update and I constantly felt like I was bothering them. We lost hundreds of dollars worth of spoiled food, and had to live off of take out for 3 weeks and couldnt even save leftovers... Their solution? $100 off rent. On 12/19/20 I reported that our dryer had broken. It took 45 days to repair this. Once again, there was little communication. In the middle of a pandemic, we were expected to do our laundry elsewhere when you are supposed to stay home... for 45 days. I understand repairs like this take time, but 45 days is excessive and just lazy. This was perfectly acceptable to them though, and when I said I would be withholding rent for January 2021 until a solution was found, I was told I would be evicted :) how sweet right? The landlord informed me that she had given the OK to repair the dryer early on, and PPUSA dropped the ball and did nothing about it. Honestly, I know its hard to find rental properties right now, but I would stay away from this company if you can. I

We use this property management group for our rentals because they go above and beyond for their clients. emergencies are handled in a timely manner and we never worry that out tenants are not being taken care of at all times. They are professional and affordable. thank you for all you do for my peace of mind

THEY HAVE NOW A NEW BILLING SERVICE ..BEWARE IT DOUBLE TAKES FROM YOUR BANK. HAVING TO SPEAK W MY BANK AS I WAS TOLD IT WAS NEVER RECEIVED,(WITH A MISTAKE OF ASKING WHY THE DATE WAS BEYOND THE 1ST??)I REPLIED .. I GET MY PENSIONS THE 3RD AND I CANT WAIT 20 DAYS FOR A RETURN OF YOU TAKING MONEY TWICE. GIVEN THE FUNDS WERE RETRACTED FROM THEIR END 2X IN EA MONTH MY BANK BLOCKED THEM. IRONICALLY NOW I HAVE A BALANCE SAYING IVE PAID NOTHING , BUT I ACTUALLY HAVE RELIGIOUSLY PAID EA MONTH WITH A MONEY ORDER AND MAILED IT.. 2 WITNESSES.. ONE BEING MY HELPER...HONESTY IS KEY HERE.. IT SURE WOULD BE NICE TO DEAL WITH THAT INSTEAD OF A COMPANY WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE KIND BUT PREYS ON PEOPLE WITH ILLNESSES... GOOD GOING..

I have been renting from this company for over a year, they are great to work with and amazing to work with. I can pay my rent online. They are easy to work with an I find them all very kind. I work with jen and Kim. Always very responsive and always there to answer questions. I love the online access to my account too. I plan to live here for as long as possible.

I recently rented a condo from Property plus. I loved the ease of not having to do the entire process in person. The Process was very easy and clear. They were constantly updating me by email or text as to what the next step was and and all info that I needed to make this as easy as possible. it was a step by step process and any time I had questions they where there to help. My property manager was knowledgeable and there to help as well. My condo is beautiful and I love living in the Grayhawk community. Thank you Property Plus USA!

1st of all, the drive was over 30 minutes. The Receptionists there seemed puzzled when we told them WHY we were there and WHO we were supposed to see. After about 20 minutes we then find out the Agent who directed us (by email) to go to Deposit Earnest Money for a RENTAL we were getting, WASNT even there. Another gal came in & took us to a room where we sat at a table. She gave us a PAPER to sign for the $ she was going to take from us. There was NOTHING ON THAT PAPER that identified WHAT our money was for, nor did it have EITHER OF OUR NAMES on it so by that wed simply be GIVING HER $500. I had to HANDWRITE WHAT IT WAS FOR on it just so there was no doubt. At this point it didnt seem right and it was very unprofessional. Also after handing over $500 we were not even given our lease. we were told that it would be sent to us electronically by email within 48 hours but THAT DIDNT HAPPEN EITHER. my roommate eventually got a lease in the email but the terms and the were now different. I would NOT RECOMMEND doing business with them

I own a few properties in Arizona managed by property plus. They have been the best management company I have ever used. Personal service, yet allowing me to be hands off. They take care of everything. The best thing is they work to really protect my properties from unforseen tenant damage. Unfortunately it happens....Ive done this long enough to know even the best tenants can have challenges paying rent, or causing damage. Property plus screens tenants well, and then if something happens provides crazy coverage to keep money in my pocket. Well worth it! Jen, Dana, and the rest of the team is awesome! Dont have anyone else manage your home!

This is the worst management company Ive ever come across. To move in, we had to pay the security deposit, plus one month of rent to even get our keys to move in. After moving in the first month, they tried to add the security deposit plus one month on top of our rent, stating they never received it. I had to go through my bank to prove to them it had been paid already, even though they wouldnt have given us the keys if it wasnt paid. Theyre only response was sorry, we lost your check. Multiple tenants have had the same issue with Property Plus trying to charge them more than their rent. This company is completely unethical, and unprofessional. They cant keep track of ANYTHING, and do all they can to screw over tenants. Stay clear of ANY place ran by Property Plus.

Run if you come across this agency. In July 2019 my check was lost and my bank proved I paid it. They did remove late charges, but on Feb 10 posted to portal that I was late. In Dec 2019 and Jan 2020, I was doubly charged. I did a stop payment through my bank and had already added a new account number that I felt more comfortable allowing them to withdraw from. In February their software continued to pick up the old account number. I was evicted. I began communicating the account change need in November for a personal reason. Fees began to accrue and I could never pull enough together to pay the latest balance. The judge in Casa Grande would not even look at my bank statements that proved I did not have NSF as they stated. The late fees continued accruing after the judge made his judgement. I am even being charged for a locksmith because my car will not make it to Chandler and mailing the key is unacceptable. Get off your butt, Kim the property manager, and get the key from me. This is the first time youve communicated the whole 2 years. And shame on you for using my disabled childrens names from the contract I signed to begin March 1. Eviction court was Feb 27 and rental agreement ended Feb 29. I still had my rent payment in my account until Feb 27 when I began finding a new place. You made excuses for our toilets being backed up into the shower & tub (2 bathrooms) for 2 full days. My whole family suffered. Remember it took you 2 months to fix the water in our bedrooms from the backed up a/c and were refusing to fix a pump in summer that 2 a/c men had told you needed replacing. Im a lucky one. The owner where I lived fixed things. They covered up black mold growing through bathroom wall before I moved in, though. House in Casa Grande, AZ has a leak in pipes that will mean tearing up the floors to repair it. Toilet seems to back up due to roots growing through pipes. Every time the master bedroom toilet is flushed the water flowing from sink smells like sewer. This agency has had 3 business names in 3 years. Entrust was one. Possibly 4 names in 5 years. I stayed as long as possible because I had 1800 sq ft plus a garage for $850 month. Unheard of. Made tiles that broke from normal walking, corroded faucets, questionable breaker box and a management agency that are far from reliable or honest, bearable.

Im a property owner and have used this company for a number of years. I had concerns about their accounting a few years ago and worked with Kirsten to solve those problems. She was very professional and easy to work with.However in Aug 2019 I found out that my Quarterly HOA fees were not being paid. I found this when I noticed the quarterly fee taken out of my monthly disbursement 2 months in a row. I contacted them to ask why the fee was paid 2 months in a row. They said theyd look into it. Months went by and finally in Oct. Property Plus told me they sent the checks on time however Quarterly HOA changed their address. In early November Property Plus said theyd file an exemption for all the late fees (over $500 in fees) incurred but said the HOA would take 2-3 months to respond. After 3 months (now late Jan) I contacted Property Plus again. They said they heard nothing from the HOA. I contacted the HOA which told me their address has never been changed and the exemption filed by Property Plus was denied back in November. Property Plus has no idea what they are doing!Now Kirsten Shaffer has blocked my emails and will not return my calls. Kim Romo my direct property manager has stopped responding to me. Both these ladies were extremely rude and unprofessional to during our last phone conversations.Property Plus is saying this is my bill and I need to pay it. I had no part in this. Why should I pay it!I dont know what happened to them but I have stopped using them and would suggest everyone stay away.

Despite being on the FTC Do Not Call list, a marketing company employed by Property Plus USA (3100 West Ray Road, Chandler) robo-called my cell phone. Property Plus, therefore, is engaging in those very marketing techniques that are frustrating and annoying. And they wanted to present me a cash offer for my house at at amount that is insultingly low, without having even seen my house.***To the response below of 20August***.....firstly, I have *NEVER* done business with Property Plus and am absolutely not a client. In the photo, here is the exchange between Valeria Zimmerman (the registered broker for Property Plus) and myself....clearly contradicting this false assertion that Property Plus doesnt use a marketing firm.Is this person responding saying that I just happen to get some random call associated with them? Hardly. I was called specifically asking about my house.
