Excellent service. Jeff diagnosed some very complicated problems with our newly acquired and very neglected pool. At every step he communicated clearly and honestly, provided options, then executed and followed through as agreed. He brought our pool back to life! The monthly service is on-time and consistently leaves the pool clean and sparkling every week. We feel very fortunate to have found Jeff and his team.

Have been using Haydens Pool Service & Repair for filter clean and maintenance for a couple years - always prompt, great service, no complaints. Last week, though, my pool pump died, and I was worried about going even a few days in the middle of 110+ degree heat and monsoons without any way to filter the pool! The entire system was original and very old, so I opted to replace it all. They replaced the entire thing the next day (on a Saturday even)! Doug was great and worked from the early morning through the mid-day heat to make sure the system was up and running. Jeffs price also beat 2 other quotes for the same equipment and the system looks and works great! Great finishing touches as well including a nice new slab, paint matched all the plumbing to the filter and pump finish, and labeled all the valves and pipes so I would know whats what. Would absolutely recommend!! 5 stars!

Hayden Pool Service is amazing! I’d been battling my pool for the past two summers, consulted 3 other pool companies and no one could identify my problem. I have been using Jeff for a year and I just found out that he was charging me for services he never done and after confronting him he admit that the guys he hired did that and he is aware of that.I dont recomend this person and if you cant fined someone else, install security camera to watch your money wasted.

I strongly doubt Jeff’s honesty from the very beginning.Ever since he started, things that were never wrong starting going wrong.It started of with auto level of pool.He replaced it ,it never got fixed then he told me that it’s a plumbing issue and his reference never got back to me so basically he left me on my own.He did charge me 30$ for a cheap hose timer that is sold 10$ at Amazon.He got me a pool vacuum and charged me with out showing me any receipt and not to forget,he specially asked me not to buy the vacuum on my own from elsewhere.His guy would come in at 5. am so ofcourse, none of my concerns were addressed.I would get random bills about phosphate removal and chemical treatment but when I would take it for pool water quality check, my pool quality would miserably fail with dangerously high chlorine levels (14ppm)and phosphate levels .When I would question him,his ego would be hurt and he was offended as to why I even went there.I should have probably parted my way much earlier instead of wasting my energy and hard earned money over this everyday nuisance.
