I have been coming to this Sun Devil Pool store every week for over a year now, ever since I had my in ground pool put in. The expertise that Taylor has is amazing. Taylor tests my water sample that I bring in once a week like clock work. My pool is always up to par. When I need to add chemicals Taylor is right on point as what it needs. Always friendly and always willing to help answer any questions I may have. First class all the way! I highly recommend this store and Taylor for sure.

Sun Devil repair scheduled an appointment with me, then failed to come. They provided all kinds of excuses including 1) I didnt answer the phone. I had my phone at all times and received no calls 2) They didnt have the gate code. They is no gate requiring a code. Then they tell my they are booked out and are unable to come at all. Great service you guys!

Great bunch of people that work here. Very knowledgeable and willingness to help others. I have had a couple of different pool filter and pump issues and the guys there listened to me and offered very helpful troubleshooting advice. They didnt try and sell me anything, I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me solve my issue. They also gave me the confidence to try and fix the problem myself with their step by step instructions.Their prices on pool parts are very competitive, and they have never sold me anything I didnt need, or try to sell me a bunch of unneeded pool chemicals. They truly have a strong desire to help people.I really want to give you guys a very sincere THANK YOU for all of your advice the past 2 pool seasons. You have earned a customer for life.

Ive been very impressed and happy with Sun Devil. I usually deal with Tyler or AJ. Both are clearly very knowledgeable, and have steered me away from things I dont need. My confidence in Sun Devil was secured when I brought in a filter cartridge I was sure was shot. I asked Tyler to take a look at it, and he explained why it was really OK to use and said if it was his, hed keep using it. Theyve earned my trust and continued business.

Staff is incredibly helpful! They share their knowledge and ideas for troubleshooting my pool issues, without the first idea being buy more stuff. When I do need equipment and supplies, prices are reasonable. Thank you!
