The nail tech was efficient and productive. I ended up changing my mind last minute on what nail design I wanted, but it still went really well. I got chromosome nails which aren’t so common but the nail tech made them look amazing! I really recommend this nail salon overall! Great service!

I get my eyelashes done here and the girl is a perfectionest so i ALWAYS enjoy the experience and love the way i look.

I have come to this location for 2 years. This is the first time that I have been treated in such a level of disrespect that I am changing my 5 star review to a 1 star review.Anne, is a poor representation of your business.My little girl came with me. She is so small that her feet do not reach the pedicure tub, even with a pillow behind her back. She also has had pedicures and does not like them yet! So because of both reasons, I only purchase the nail painting services for her. Anne came over and told me that my 7 year olds feet (who is wearing sandals) are dirty and I needed to buy the pedicure to clean her feet and push back her cuticles. I refused and explained that she doesn’t reach the tub. She immediately started talking in a different language and 2 different women came over to look at her feet and then said something about rinsing her feet off and then were talking more and looking over at her. Her feet were not that dirty! My child is walking around in sandals, but they made us feel like she was filthy. Anne got up from starting my daughters nails and she went and helped another customer, nothing was said to us at all. Not that anyone else would be over or anything at all.After my nail lady Cal (who was wonderful and I want that noted) went and got someone different to do my daughters nails, 45 mins into being here, because she was delaying my pedicure being finished because my daughters had not started.Again, I was asked if I was sure that I didn’t want the pedicure for her! I again stated that I didn’t want it and explained that she couldn’t reach! I finally said something and asked for Anne’s name and explained that I would be leaving a review for her horrible service.Some lady who I assume is the manager on duty said to me “if you don’t want to pay, don’t pay, you don’t have to say all of this”! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? It has NOTHING to do with not wanting to pay and everything to do with the service we received!I absolutely will not be back! You lost 2 customers because of Anne and the manager on duty! Cal was great and is the reason for the 1 star that I am forced to leave!P.S. I am a nurse and money is not a concern, otherwise I wouldn’t be here with my child! How dare you! What was supposed to be a mother/daughter date, has turned into a humiliating experience for the both of us. I am not asking for ANYTHING! We will not be back!

DO NOT EVER GO HERE, I voiced my concern about how I wanted my nails shorter, and they chased me out of their salon. And I still paid. I have been to this salon 4 different times and never experienced this until today. Very unprofessional. I asked for the nail techs information after she got in my face and told me to leave and the manager defended her and didn’t give me her info either. I will be filing a complaint, just my experience but I thought I would make everyone aware. Very unprofessional.

I went here and got gel nails and it hasn’t been a week and I can lift up the polish and there pilling and I payed 32 dollars for this then I was getting my acrylic nails off and all of my real nails were really long but two of them were short and I asked are u all going to do them the same length and the nail lady says no... I think that’s common sense to make all my nails the same length. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN
