Great facility and people. They have plenty of stations / weights, and their equipment is top notch. I like the structure that starts with the stretching and then working our way into the workouts. Highly recommend!

From the equipment , to the organization, to the maintenance, everything is on point. Great workouts for any level of fitness. I have made more progress in the past 4 months since Mike McKenna took over the gym, than I would have thought possible. Thanks to Mike and all the coaches! BTW you have to try the Cryotherapy, it will speed your recovery so you can get back doing what you love.

Look no further, this is definitely the best crossfit gym around! Ive been doing crossfit for a little less than 3 years and have made huge improvements in strength & technique learning from all of the awesome coaches at this gym. The owner, Mike, truly cares about everyone from the newest member to the most seasoned athlete in the gym. He also offers one on one skill sessions if you have an area of weakness youd like to work on. Recently I took him up on this thinking Id be very surprised if he was able to help me finally get double unders. Within 30 minutes he was able to fix something I couldnt figure out in almost 3 years and now am starting to be able to string multiple double unders together! Great gym & great community of people!
