Our AC went out and we were waiting on our landlord to fix it. We called Axis at 530pm that night and they were at our house within 1 hour. They installed 2 units in our home. When they arrived, our house was at 96 degrees and within 2 hours the house was 72 degrees. Axis saved us from getting a hotel and we were able to have a great nights sleep. These guys are professional, fast and affordable.

Axis provided two easy-to-operate, portable cooling units for our outdoor cycling event in Downtown Chandler. The units ran for the entire event, without a hitch, on one of the hottest days of the year. Customer service, setup, and pickup were flawless. Would definitely recommend!

We were in dire need as 2 of our AC units went down in the same week. As the Executive Director of a nursing home, my patients comfort and well being is my top priority. I called Nick and he had 6 portable units to my facility within an hour. They were extremely efficient in getting the units up and running in no time at all. In my case, if it gets too warm in my facility, we have to evacuate. We were able to avoid this by having Axis come in on such short notice. I was very surprised to find out how quiet the units were. Being in a nursing home, this was a huge plus. I was also very impressed with the technicians that came in and got us up and running. They were well dressed, came with their own PPE, and were very polite to the residents they came in contact with. I hope we don’t need to use Axis again, but will in a heartbeat if another unit goes down. On the day I let them know they needed to come and get the units , they were in and out in 15 minutes and put everything back exactly the way it was. Can’t say enough good about Axis!

I have rented from Axis multiple times for different reasons such as work and for a child’s party outside. The team at the AXIS Portable Air Chandler location were fantastic. After finding out that my AC compressor needs to be replaced and it could be days before it was repaired I gave them a call. Nicolas the VP of Sales took the after hours call. I care for my 84 year old Mom who is very ill and the 99 degree house temperature was a serious risk to her already complex health issues. I didnt know if they could help but thought it was worth a try. We are in the middle of a pandemic here in Arizona and I wasnt sure where I could take my Mom if we didnt find a solution. Nicolas and his team arrived in less than 90 minutes. They were amazing; professional, respectful and compassionate. I didnt know what to expect having never rented portable air. In a time when customer service doesnt often meet expectations, I was reminded by a team from a company that until that night, had never heard of, that there are still businesses and people, that go out of their way to help a customer. Hands down; I would call this company again.

After our AC unit went down in our Gilbert bakery, we reached out to Axis Portable Air to get our shop cooled down for the day. They were able to come out so quickly and set up two of their units in the front of house for my staff and customers. We didn’t think we were going to need one in the back of house because it has stayed relatively cool there compared to the front. After a few hours, the back of house temperature was increasing fast. So, I gave Axis another call and they came out with that 3rd unit within the hour. We had the units for a total of 24 hours, until our AC was fixed the next day. We couldn’t have been happier with the service from Axis. I spoke with the owner throughout the entire process and he came out to help with the set up. He is a really nice guy who obviously cares about taking care of his customers. Definitely recommend Axis if you need temporary cooling.
