The staff are pretty patient and friendly, but they are given terrible policies to work with. I called to see if they had a certain item available to rent, and they wanted to get my name and information first. I had to talk them into just telling me if it was available or not before I started the whole process. Then, when I was signing the many necessary documents to create the rental contract, I learned that I would be paying over 50% more than what they had advertised on their website. Be aware that unless you have a certificate of insurance specifically naming MAK Equipment, youll have to pay an 18% damage waiver fee. Youll definitely be paying a 7% economic fee, a 20% environmental fee, and a couple other fees Ive forgotten the name of. Not stating this up front, before someone takes the time to go down there and start the paperwork, seems like a sneaky way to make themselves seem cheaper than they really are. I ended up going with another rental company thats more up front about their fees, and cheaper, too.

You can go anywhere in the valley you might even save a couple dollars but at the end of the day you are going to wish you did business with Mak. Our commercial window tinting company has had some big projects this year requiring lift rentals of all sizes. For years weve used various companies for rentals. Recently we met MAK industries new sales rep and her knowledge of the products for the scope of work we needed was exact. It was impressive. We gave them a trial run and have not looked back. From here on out its MAK Industries for all our lifts rentals. Its hard to fid such great service and the attention to detail was great as a business owner to have that level of communication. I have recommended them to many others that rent large machinery and equipment 5 star for sure!!

I had a service call in Phoenix on a Genie 2646. Called Mak Equipment and they took care of me. I couldnt be more happy. Great technicians and Danielle in the service department had great communication and very helpful. Ive been in the rental industry for over 20 years and its great to see this type of service still around. Thanks you so much !

If I could give 10 stars to this crew of people I would. Ive done a lot of business with rental equipment companies. These guys take the cake. Awesome service all the way around.Keep it up
