Do some research first. This company cares very little for customer service. The blame shift the problems to other departments within their organization. Its very difficult to get a straight answer. The only outstanding experience was from their driver Simon. Outside of that it is very frustrating to do business with them. Will not use again. Would not recommend.

So disorganized!

The Safety Kleen driver/serviceman cant follow directions. He leaves the paperwork with anyone he can find, what ever is easiest for him. He has been instructed to leave the paperwork with the individual that pays the invoice not anyone else. I have had to call 3 time with my complaint, yet it doesnt get corrected. I also had to call and get copies of the documents e-mailed to me for payment purposes. Not at all happy with Safety Kleen, in fact if it happens again I will be looking for a new source.

I had an appointment but they didnt show up and when I called they said the guy , who never came by said they dont have a line that is long enough to reach it. How does he know if he didnt come look at it??? I wouldnt recommend them at all.

Terrible communication skills and a complete inability to follow requested directions or specifications for jobs. They lack quality response times for even simple estimates.
