I got a Fogging done and they were in and out within 10 minutes. I have a ( 1400 SQ FT home). The scent is very pleasant and refreshing. I loved that no chemicals were used and we didnt need to move anything around. The Fogging kills up to 99% of lingering bacteria and gets rid of lingering and old viruses. Perfect for COVID-19! There was no rinsing or wiping up required after they left! Highly recommend! Better safe than sorry!

One such detail is the water stops were never capped by your team. Not capped by your plumber either(check the Synergy Restoration photo of how my kitchen was left, when you and Synergy Restoration abandoned the job, photo shows the stops are not capped) .Chris told me that I didnt know what I was talking about when I told him I knew there was more mold, and he left it in my home. (see the photo I posted of black mold on the pony wall board)I know a lot about Biological systems. I have an MS and BSE in Bioengineerng. I ask colleagues when needing help or more information.What was the purpose of meeting with you 3 weeks after Chris walked off the job? You didnt complete the job, billed my insurance company, was paid without my knowledge(no bill was sent to me) and your upset, REALLY.When Chris refused to take out the stud board (which if he had would have seen the black mold on the adjacent pony wall board). It gave me the opportunity to learn, rebuild my kitchen without mold, and I made sure the job was done right(see the photo).

Its tough hearing you need to get asbestos removed when looking to install new flooring because of glue used 50 years ago to lay down carpet, but we were lucky we found Everclear Environmental Solutions. They were quick, affordable and very professional. They showed they cared about our home from the moment they arrived. We highly recommend their work.

Simple & inexpensive way to test for asbestos.

Doing a remodel of my childhood home and ran into asbestos in the popcorn ceiling. The contractor said that the asbestos needed to be removed before any work could be done so I checked Home Advisor and Chris responded right away.I had an estimate within two days of that initial contact, and the work itself was completed within a day.Chris and the crew are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, prompt. Anytime I had a question about something, I received an immediate response. The quality of work. level of customer service, communication , follow up and follow through provided by this company is impressive. I recommend and will use again!

I had inherited existing hidden mold from the seller which I didnt know of upon closing 2 months ago. I discovered the mold by having new flooring installed. That is when a phone call n after a meeting with Bruce, of Everclear Enviromental Solutions I knew he was God-sent. The immediate response and attention to detail to dispose n get rid of that deadly mold in both bathrooms n hot water heater storage room in my newly purchased was amazing. Everclear, and their staff and managers, Kendra, Chris, and Maurice were very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional. Asbestos IS SCARY. Because I was already in the middle of another project I was extremely nervous and anxious about causing harm to my family and the HVAC contractors already exposed to my insulation. Seeming to understand that, Everclear worked to get accurate results to me as quickly as possible. That alone meant SO MUCH. --- My results were negative for asbestos in my insulation, but positive on my popcorn ceiling. I WILL be looking forward to working with them again when its time to have my popcorn ceilings removed. Until then they gave me solid advice and directions to be safe. I recently had Everclear Environmental Solutions out at my home for interior asbestos/mold abatement and demolition. I cant even begin to describe how impressed I am with the job they did. My home was severely damaged on July 9 due to the monsoon. My insurance company sent over their preferred vendor. It had been nothing short of a nightmare. We purchased an investment property that was severely neglected. Everclear came to the rescue and did the full remediation and clean up. They were very clear with their scope of work and what to expect. They were in and out quickly and have even helped out with a few items that popped up after they were done and they came to the rescue. Bruce was most impressive with his willingness to take calls on weekends and after his work day was done. I reccomend this company highly and would use them again. By the way, this was an insurance paid job and the recommended company was less responsive, submitted a bid 30% higher and could not meet our deadlines, deeming our job too small. Go with Everclear. Chris went above and beyond to help with our mold problem. I was called out of town during this horrible time and my wife was handling it all.
