I wouldn’t have given this company a single rating. I was offered a position with Mr. Cooper and I remember vividly that I was told I got the job and I also receive an email with an acceptance letter! Over joyed, in my head I was thinking this is a great new start to a new career path. I decided to leave my job of 7 years where I had stability, insurance a 401k plan and everything! When I received my offer letter and I had already left my job of 7 years to start this new career I get a call from Amy N. and she tells me that there has been a hold on me starting the job. It’s been a month and I am jobless. I have a son to support, I have bills and I need to have medical and dental not just for me but for my son. Neatly to say I don’t recommend this company they set me up for failure they didn’t help me at all.

Looking at the reviews initially someone may be a bit skeptical about Innosource but everyone’s experience will not be the same for everything. That being said, I wouldn’t let the bad reviews you see prevent you from applying for a position with Innosource! They are a great staffing company to work for in my opinion. They helped me find a great job at a promising company with so much opportunity to grow and I just converted over to permanent. Its beyond possible to find your future long term Career with the help of Innosource. Apply now!

This is an amazing company to work for! I just recently started and have already felt right at home and feel so valued. Its so impressive the companies that InnoSource hires for! Everyone in the company is so welcoming and helpful. Anytime I need help or support- I know I have a large pool of people to help me. They employed me for Mr. Cooper and told me to resign from the company when I gave birth to my child after I had been asking months before my birth about my options. I would’ve accepted the unpaid 3 weeks leave of absence that was supposed to be rewarded to me according to FMLA but they did not provide me that. My supervisor was Amy Laak who told me and I have nothing against her as a person and I’m sure she was just going by what she was told but they seemed to not care at all and found the easy way out. I will be filing a complaint through the department of labor for the violation of of my FMLA right and have this investigated.

Ive never experienced something like this before! This hiring agency will/might fire you for just having technical difficulties that arent even your fault... I never missed a day of work and I always reached out to my managers about the tech problems, I followed their instructions and they said I would be okay once getting my equipment....Once I got my equipment ALL issues were solved and they decided to fire me without giving me a single reason!!Which is fine because youre hired at- will, that means they can fire you whenever they want without any given reason... otherwise I wouldve envolved my lawyer in this, I struggled SO much to find this job during this pandemic and it was taken away from me before I even got to the production floor and take calls with my new equipment... I asked to get me back to show them Im worth keeping, but they just didnt gave me a try... at the end I hope everyone good luck and just be careful about who you tell about any tech issues or just having them at all.I wasnt the only one fired in my training group, so its not me, its not Mr. Cooper, its this hiring agency! Especially AMY LAAK... I hope Mr. Cooper realizes how much money they are wasting in training all of these people to just fire them for SIMPLE ISSUES that arent even there fault... they need a different hiring agency, Ive been in the call center area for a while and trust me guys, this isnt the best place, theres plenty of other call centers for +$17/hr... this agency Innosource TRIES to provide you empathy and to make you trust them but if you get stuck they wont help you or keep you, lack of empathy is a huge one HERE, they didnt even said sorry for letting me go or for experiencing tech issues... Thank god I was offered a better and well paying job now😁

Keep receiving emails and calls from this company even after notifying to stop contacting me. Ive applied back in March and preferred not to deal with staffing agencies. Stop harassing me. I already have a full-time job.
