Worst mistake ever. She also tried to pay me to write a positive review for her. I wouldnt trust the reviews you see on Google from this company. If I keep seeing her pay for unreal reviews, I will write a lot of other real reviews for her. I hate companies that do shady things like this.Really bad quality for the price you pay. I think she would be fine if you are looking for an entry level, minimum wage job or volunteer position. If you are in management or seeking a good paying career, I would never recommend her to anyone. She does not seem to understand how ATS software systems work and will just copy and past things from the internet. I wish I never trusted the reviews she had because it seems they are all most likely paid for. This is just a one person company and I think she is trying to take peoples money without having the qualification or the skills in resume writing.Too high of price for such a bad quality product.

I had a really bad experience with this resume company. Abby did not have any understanding of my industry and could not explain why certain keywords were placed into my resume and cover letter. My resume was full of fluff and generic sayings that made no sense in my industry. After getting my resume back, I though maybe she sent me someone elses resume by mistake because of all the inconsistencies and errors. Realizing it was not a mistake and that Abby just did not know what she was doing, I asked for my money back. Of course no refund has been given. Not recommending this place to anyone. After reading some negative reviews from other unhappy customers, I must agree with them. I think she might pay for people to write false and misleading reviews. Not happy. Not going to recommend this place. Waste of money and time. Bad writer. Take my word and run the other direction from this company. Ill keep on eye on this company too to see if she keeps paying to have false/reviews written.
