I’ve been a patient of Ray Dental for 8 years. Dr Ray and his staff have been a bright spot to my day. Each person I see there treat all their patients with a smile and listen to their concerns. If a cavity filling has to happen, Dr Ray constantly asks if I’m ok and if I’m numb. He makes sure I’m comfortable and not in pain. His hygienist are friendly and patient and quick. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

This dental office has such a wonderful staff! My children have had terrible anxiety with the dentists in the past, but with this office, they do wonderful with them!

I had my first visit today, and I felt very comfortable. The front office staff is highly efficient, my hygienist was patient as she explained things to me, and Dr. Ray was welcoming and quickly put me at ease. I love Ray Family Dental! I had always hated going to the dentist. I have anxiety, I have trouble breathing through my nose which makes the dentist particularly traumatic and used to avoid going to the dentist at all costs but when I switched to Ray Family Dental that changed. They put you at ease and have a gentle touch. They take their time, talk with you, and make sure you are comfortable. I also love that they are respectful of your time and bring you in for appointments on time without too much time in the waiting room. I moved to central Phoenix 2 years ago, but still drive out to Chandler for Ray Family Dental because they’re worth it!

I went in without having been to the dentist in ~2 years and was insecure about staining that had developed since my last visit. I can say with confidence that I dont think Ive ever had as thorough of a dental cleaning, Daliana removed ALL of the stains I was worried about and there was such a big difference when I looked in the mirror! First time at this office and besides the fact that this dental office is walking distance to my house, Dr. Ray and his staff are amazing! Dentist visit has always been a little scary for me but they made me feel comfortable. My hygienist did a wonderful job and was very thorough at cleaning my teeth. They explained everything that was going on and didn’t push for me to do a bunch of unnecessary work unlike most dentists. Very professional staff and really good at what they do. Also love the transparency when it comes to pricing, I don’t have a good insurance so it’s always nice to know what I’m getting myself into instead of being surprised when I get to the register.

Firstly, I am so incredibly grateful to have dental care. I’m a brand new patient to this clinic today, and my first visit was a front tooth root canal. My natural tooth was kept, to my surprise and relief.This practice is incredibly efficient and skilled. I was done in less than an hour with the root canal and several fillings.During the current health climate, I am even more grateful for the opportunity to receive dental work.During the repairs, I was continually asked how I was doing. They worked well to ask make sure I could continue throughout the hour. I was even patted on the shoulder and encouraged by a “You’re doing good.”I was also given plenty of explanation for what I can expect to experience after treatment in regards to soreness and the risk of my front tooth being brittle and to avoid biting into hard foods.Dentistry can be an art of sorts. Not all dental disease is simple. And I am also grateful that this clinic accepted my mouth’s health for what it is without making me feel ashamed for not being perfect in my oral health.

The only thing I was concerned about was the lack of PPE. Hygienist was wearing mask but no face shield or hair covering. Droplets are definitely in the air with dental procedures.The secretary was not wearing a mask either.However, the care is always excellent.

Ray family dental care has the most amazing staff and best dentist!! The hygienists and assistants are very skilled, professional, as well as kind and personable. Dr. Ray takes great care to ensure the comfort of his patients, checking in often to make sure everything feels ok during the entire procedure. He takes time to explain what he’s doing and answer any questions. It’s not an office where you feel like they just push people through a revolving door, but really try to help you have the most positive experience possible while you’re there.

Great place. The doctor is great and never pushy. I’ve been to the corporate dentist which seem to be everywhere now and they try to sell me a bunch of work. Dr. Ray showed me what he found and told me what he recommended and that was it. No high pressure which I hate. The staff was nice and the office is convenient for me. Overall a great experience! The higenist was very kind and efficient, but also very thorough. The Dr was the same. I mentioned I needed to be finished with the appointment by a certain time and they honored that schedule well. I felt well treated and comfortable the entire time. Its no wonder they were the top recommendation that I received from my orthodontist.

I was told for years by another dentist that I needed an implant on one of my front teeth. I have a ton of anxiety about dentists and major surgery (who doesnt) so I held off on the procedure. I changed jobs and my original dentist wasnt convenient to go to so I went to Rays. Dr. Ray was not going to pull my tooth and do the implant. It wasnt even an option. He told me my tooth was just fine for now. What a relief. So many years I was avoiding this surgery just to have a Dr. tell me it wasnt even necessary. I appreciate Dr. Ray so much and I can tell that the way that he approaches dentistry emulates through the people that work there. At my other dentist there was one one problem after another that required expensive uv treatments and the works. At Rays it seems they arent interested in making a buck out of me and I have never been more happy to go see my dentist in my life until I started coming here. Than you Rays.

I had my teeth cleaned today. It was very pleasant and of course painless. The hygienist was gentle and explained to me different suggestions I could try to cut down on plaque and some staining I was experiencing. I have nothing against Dr. Ray & the staff was nice as well. He performed a procedure on myself over a year ago & Im still in pain, had to get a new dentist & we are in the process of finding out what the real issue is. Is it Dr. Rays fault ? Maybe or maybe not but regardless I just could not trust him going forward & thats sad but it is what it is :-(

I love this dental practice! I am a nurse and I was hesitant to go during COVID, I was VERY comfortable and impressed with the safety precautions ALL staff took! I feel safe taking my kids to their appts during COVID!

They reminded me multiple times of my appointment before my appointment (texts and calls). I still managed to show up late 15 minutes, but they got me in anyway. Told them I had 30 minutes before my next appointment. They Cleaned my teeth very well and without any pain, gave me a tour of the new refinish the office, scheduled my next appointment and send me happily on my way to make my next appointment with 5 minutes to spare. Dr Ray is great and employs a great staff.
