Trusted Rental saved my Spring Break Trip! Me and my son landed in Phoenix to no rental cars left in the city. I called trusted rental and was able to get their last car. Rentals were in high demand and they still held the car for me and saved my vacation! They are affordable and management is sweet and accommodating. I will recommend Trusted Rental to all of my friends and family because I know they will be well taken care of!

It took hours to reach a person, longer to get the car and the car was filthy and unsafe. There were stains that were clearly blood splatter. A price was set and then additional charges were added. The total was double the price provided. When concerns were addressed, staff was polite but offered lengthy excuses and insisted that we should be grateful the charges werent higher. I am truly suprised to see this company has such good ratings.

Best prices in Phoenix. Fantastic management who went above and beyond during our recent trip when the airline cancelled multiple flights and we had to change our plans and drive down to Tucsan. Will only use them during future trips.

Am happy there is a company like these here in Phoenix metro area that can take cash and debit cards. I was also impressed that there can pick you up at your place of choice, for no charge and drop off the car at a place of your choice as well. Try these company and overall good customer service. Price is right as well.

I normally dont like renting cars when I travel just because the process is overly long and the service is meh at best -- some companies act like theyre doing you a favor.
