We have used Monster Air for years for both service as well as 2 units we purchased and has them install. Always professional, pricing was super competitive and a great value compared to other quotes we received and over all just a great company to do business with. I highly recommend this company that I have used for a number of years. I have used them for rental properties, as well as my personal home. They are very prompt. They will not try and upsell you something you do not need, finding a company like that these days is difficult. Our AC was blowing warm air and I called first thing Sunday morning and someone answered, was friendly and encouraging. The technician, George was out within a few hours. George was professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. He had our issue fixed and running within 40 minutes. We are very pleased with Monster Air and would highly recommend them.

Asked them to do just a regular Seasonal Maintenance. Normally a Service Maintenance is under a $100. They charged extra for cleaning coil and Rnd Run Cap. Total was $351. Next day the air conditioner did not work, so they came out charged another service fee $79, purge drain $129, thermostat $190. I did receive a partial credit for prior service ($45). This air conditioner is only 8 years old, still under warranty. Every year I have done a Seasonal Cleaning. I find it very hard to believe it needed all that work. Especially when it was running fine and just requested a seasonal cleaning.Follow up - Yes, I did request a quote, when they came back for a 2nd visit, never received a call. My property management told them to call me before starting repairs.

Loved George. Professional, nice guy, who worked hard in the AZ heat without one complaint- even though he was exhausted! I will recommend him over and over again!

George came right on time, as scheduled. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got right to work. Luckily it was a quick fix. He was out in 20 min and my a/c worked great!

Our ac went out so I called Brandi at monster air. They showed up an hour after I called them and had our ac running with in a half hour. George was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend monster air to anyone needing ac service.

Condensation not draining properly. Technician George investigated and repaired problem and informed me what the problem was and what he did to correct it. He was very polite and professional.

I highly recommend them. I have dealt with several others and will only be using Monster Air’s services now. First, they were incredibly responsive and showed up 2 hours after I called them. They diagnosed and found the problem quickly. What really impressed me was that they took the time to shop around and find the best deal on the malfunctioning part. They went above and beyond to save me money. This is on top of their already reasonable prices. There were no sales tactics or trying to sign me up to monthly plans. Just fast, reliable, and affordable service!

Called Monster Air on a SATURDAY morning around 9am. They were quick and efficient to schedule service that day and we had the capacitor fixed by 3pm SAME DAY. Trish was really great about explaining what was wrong. I felt she was being honest with her diagnosis and options. I bypassed using my home warranty for this repair because they took weeks to fix my AC last summer and I will use Monster Air again, without hesitation. Excellent.

Its the beginning of the summer and my AC unit went out. We called Monster Air, the same day our unit was up and running. I would highly recommend Monster Air for all of my residential and commercial needs. Thank you for your prompt service!

After the initial HVAC tech reviewed our unit, technicians were sent out within a few days to repair our unit. Turns out the initial tech didnt measure the space correctly, and the second techs had to get a different unit to fit our space days later. The second techs repairing the unit were professional and did a good job. At no point did I receive a call before these appointments which I was told I would receive. After the unit was repaired, I was told our old unit and associated trash would be picked up that day or early next day. Its now 3 days later and 7-8 phone calls later and the trash is still sitting in our front yard. Very unreliable company with poor communication and follow through. Only good part was the actual HVAC techs and the front desk woman was friendly. Would not recommend, quite the headache of a company there are definitely better ac repair companies out there. Will update once they actually complete their job.

I did a ton of research for replacement units, to installation/AC Companies... etcLong story short, I ended up using Monster Air, and am glad I did.The entire experience was a pleasure and went very smoothly.Special thanks to Brandi, Chris, Dwight and Austin!! All these folks played a role in my obtaining a nice AC/Gas Heat Package, and having it up and running in no time! This thing is quiet and has my home nice and cool again!I had many questions etc, and they never made me feel foolish asking same.All very professional and personable, what a great team!!! I called them on monday , when I got home from errands . I worked the following Tuesday. I sent up an appointment for Tuesday while I was at work. . They called and texted me with every step of work that was done . . Called me when the job was completed and waited for me to get off work to complete the transaction. . When i got home my house was nice and cool . . Thought it was the compressor fan motor . They looked over my unit and told me it was only a fan capacitor. . They fixed my problem and didnt lie to make more money and did my repair efficiently and quickly and under what i thought it would cost . Ive known Chris and Brandon a while. . Good honest guys

Monster Air is awesome. Its so hard to find good help these days and Monster Air is both Honest and Knowledgeable. Ive hard air conditioning people try to scam me in the past and its hard to know who to trust. Im not big on posting reviews but Im an old man whos old school and I believe that Good Work should be rewarded. I can honestly say that Monster Air will be the only guys working on my system.

Monster came out to fix a leak on my AC upstairs airhandler. Rather than fix the leak they caused new (electrical) problems with the unit. Despite having been out to my house 3 times (!) the unit is still leaking and now also has additional issues. Rather than come and fix the leak and the issues they caused they called me a Friday afternoon and told me they are walking away from this project citing “difficult work environment”. I now will need to call another company to come out and fix the leak and the issues Monster caused. Unbelievable. Monster is clearly a company that does not stand behind its work.

I just wanted to say monster air was soooo incredible. I was with out air contiooning for 5 days. Jessie came and fixed it turns out it was the breaker in the attic. Nathan from the other company the other guy came and never checked my attic or never checked the temp on my vents. But, Jessie stayed here for 45 min and waited to make sure everything was fine! She went above and beyond and saved me literally! Today was the day I would of completely lost it if it weren’t for her. Thank you sooo so much Jessie.

Falsified charges on a repair to a property management company. The repair had already been taken care of prior to the arrival of the tech, but yet they still falsified charges to try and bill the rental company.They refused to even talk like adults on the phone, whoever the girl is taking calls thought it would be a great idea to hang up on me once I started pointing out these are false charges.If they want to proceed with this matter legally I can do that. But Im trying to resolve it before any Lawyers get involved.
