Great service from a very responsive company. The service tech was excellent. Evaluated the problems and recommended we talk to the service engineer regarding a new unit. He came the next morning and went through the options in a very professional manner. Zach was extremely knowledgeable, answered all questions, and provided us three options for replacement. As I have a three-phase unit there now, Chandler Air had one in stock and will proceed with installation.

Chandler Air was great about getting a technician to my house as soon as possible even though it was the weekend and in the middle of the summer.My technician Hector was friendly and professional. The problem was located and fixed quickly. I inspected some of the work Hector did. He also went above and beyond to make it easier to manage next time anyone were to see the same issue arise. Even if it wasnt Chandler Air, he was just helping the next guy. The day we leave for vacation, one of our units stopped working. James visited the house twice while we were gone and quickly diagnosed and repaired the unit. In the busiest time of the year they got out here fast and are worth the price. They are the GO TO for AC repair in the East Valley. James is fantastic and was nice enough to share some information a NON HVAC person would not necessarily know.

Recent storm caused one of my units to stop working. I searched for a locally-owned business and found Chandler Air. I submitted a request for an appointment online and received a follow-up call in a couple of hours to confirm a next-day appointment. Their technician James was incredibly quick to find the root cause and explain to me the needed repairs in detail, which he finished in a few hours. I was so impressed I signed up for their maintenance plan as well.

I came home from work to a dead AC and a week full of 117° forecast. Most places were closed or closing soon but Chandler Air was open and had an early morning appointment available! James was able to diagnose and fix my AC before temps rose for the day. My kids, long haired dogs, and I are grateful for the cold air. The pricing was fair as well.

First of all, I loved that this company gave me only an hour window for the service technician to be at my house, compared to other companies who’s time frame was 2-4 hours. Hector called 20 min before arrival and was right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and didn’t try to hassle me and say I needed to do other maintenance or repairs that I didn’t need. He offered some good suggestions for things that would make sense for me and my house, but that was all. He was very professional, kind and helpful. I will definitely be using him again!

We own an apartment in chandler az that we have leased out. We’re from out of state and got a call from our tenant that A/C was not cooling off. I purchased a new American Standard AC/Heating system this past summer. Like everything else, it took about three months for the new system to arrive from the manufacturer. Chandler Air kept contacting the manufacturer to provide me with updates on the scheduled delivery.Once the unit was shipped, I was contacted to schedule the installation. Once scheduled, the installation went very well with minimal disruption to me. I am extremely pleased with the new unit as far as performance, cooling capability and it has reduced my electric bill significantly. By far the best overall purchase Ive made in quite some time.

They were very informative and emailed me the invoice of the services they performed and the things that need to be repaired on the unit. Tech was very nice and professional. Would recommend if you need any maintenance.

Came home from two week vacation and the house was 95F. The primary A/C unit had failed. Called Chandler Air on Sunday and Aaron promised to have his tech out Monday a.m. Technician James Brewer who has been out before came and found the problem, had to get an OEM part from Trane and was back that day and finished up the successful repair. Our upstairs A/C unit abruptly stopped working in this insanity inducing heat. I called multiple A/C companies (including the one who installed the unit) and they couldnt see us until 3 weeks later. Ummm no. I called Chandler Air and spoke to the nicest, politest and professional scheduler. She was able to get me in for the next day after apologizing for not being able to get me in that same day (when I was calling around 2 pm). Going from 3 weeks to less than 24 hours - not a big deal, I think we can manage :) Today, at 8 am I get a phone call from Hector R that hell be there in 15 minutes. Oh my garsh, hes our hero! He was here less than a hour and had efficiently and effectively diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty part. He showed us the broken part and explained why the part had been causing some strange activity from the A/C before it called it a day. Hector was incredibly pleasant, professional and nice. I did not at any point feel he was scamming or asking for more money than necessary as Ive definitely felt that way with other companies. Seriously, this company and Hector are our heroes!

I had them come out to see what was going on with my AC when it began having trouble keeping up with the summer heat. The tech quickly realized the house came with an undersized AC system but check everything else anyways. After everything else checked out good I had then remove and replace the entire AC system. One day later the installation guys showed up (right at 8am) and had everything swapped out by 12:30ish-1 pm and the AC was back up! At first I was pleased because we were able to get a tech out the same day, a big deal when your AC is entirely out. JC, our tech, seemed knowledgeable. He diagnosed our 23 year old AC with a broken blower motor and wheel. He recommended replacing the AC given the age but said it would be 2 months before they had American Standard in stock. He then said it would be 3-4 days and he would come do the repair. The alternate was a 14 SEER Day & Night unit next week for about $7500. My friend who does AC recommended against the brand so we discussed doing the repair to buy us time.While JC was at our house for the initial service call, for entirely unclear reasons, he disconnected the unit at its source, in the attic. Then the next day he called and said it would be $1500 and a whole week rather than 3-4 days to get the parts to do the repair and we would still need replacement soon. Fast forward to today: We had someone else from another company come out and he reconnected what JC had disconnected and the AC immediately worked perfectly with no repair. He didnt even charge us anything and scheduled us for 2 new Trane units in 2 weeks. AND the price for the new units through the other company is about the same price for a Trane instead of Day & Night brand. The other company also was going to credit the whole repair to the new install until we realized it didnt need repair. We canceled everything with Chandler Air. So basically, Chandler Air intentionally unhooked our AC leaving us without any air for 3 days and tried to charge us for a costly repair that isnt even needed. Im just so mad that he unhooked our air so weve been suffering needlessly for 3 days, not sleeping. I feel scammed. Stay away.

James was fantastic. Chandler Air Conditioning installed our air conditioner last year. And when we had issue because a plastic piece on the outside broke they sent James out that day and he replaced it with a metal piece in 3 minutes and everything was good as new! Love them!

My 17 year old Aire Flo split heat pump unit was not able to keep up with the summer heat. I called Chandler Air based on their positive reviews on Google. They had James come out the next day and he showed me that my accumulator was leaking freon. He took the time to explain the issue, and what repairs would be required. Given the cost of repairing the unit and replacing the expensive R22 freon, and the age of the system, James advised me it was time to replace the whole system. James took the time to discuss what sort of system would suit my home, budget, and plan for the next several years. He then prepared a few options for me to look over, including the option to repair the existing system. I chose to purchase a new 14 SEER American Standard split system, inluding both the air handler in the attic, and the heat pump outside, with installation. The quoted price was not within my immediate means, but James informed I could apply for financing. I was approved within minutes and we agreed on 0% for 36 months. After signing for the new unit, James recharged the R22 in my existing system at no additional cost, until the new system could be installed.The next day Aaron and I went over the purchase further. He advised an issue had come up, and a 14 SEER system was not available. Aaron upgraded me to a 15 SEER system from American Standard, with an upgraded air handler, at no additional cost. We went over the financing and told me they offer 0% for 24 months on the system I was purchasing. I told him James and I had discussed 36 months, and he honored it without any hassle.A few days later Luis and Dexter arrived in the morning to install the new system. They removed the existing unit while awaiting the delivery of the new equipment. There was an hour delay in getting the new equipment delivered, and they made the most of the wait, getting everything ready. Its June, so it was getting hot out and the sooner they could get everything installed the better for everyone. They were polite and professional throughout the installation, taking the time to explain the process and answer all the questions I had.Knowing the installation itself is the most critical part of a new AC system, I asked questions throughout. Afterwards I called and spoke with Aaron and asked a couple of the questions again, just to be sure everything was good to go. Aaron took the time to answer my questions, and everything lined up with the techs answers. He told me they always perform a quality assurance inspection after installations and scheduled a visit with me for the next week.I am posting this review prior to the final inspection, but thus far Chandler Air has been excellent. While I did not want to spend the money replacing my entire HVAC system, they have made the process as painless as it can be.

I had a problem with my AC unit but I also had a home warranty. I called the home warranty company and had to wait 5 days for service. They finally came out and said it was the air handler motor. The problem then was they said because of Covid they could not get a motor and that that motor was 5 to 6 weeks behind in production. We tried to speak with the owner to no avail. I called Chandler Air and they graciously came out the next morning and we found it was not the motor but computer panel that was burned out. It was fixed the same day. A couple of days later a motor on the outside unit went out upon replacing it they found a gum like substance leaking from the pipes. At this point I decided to replace the AC unit as it was the original unit from when the house was built. The service representative was James Moss. He was very professional and courteous. He arranged for Chandler Air to bring me out a portable AC unit to help until the new unit could be installed.Today the new AC unit was installed by Luis Rodrigues and Dexter Stanley. Both gentlemen were very nice and accommodating.I am happy to say by early evening our home was cool and comfortable.I would highly recommend Chandler Air for any heating or cooling problems that you may have.

I am in the process of selling the home and the inspector found evidence that the primary condensate line plugged and the secondary line drained. This was the best service we ever had from ANY service we have ever used! The communications were excellent! During the recent heat wave I was concerned that my American Standard system was not working as it should. I contacted Chandler Air and scheduled and appointment for the following day. To my surprise, I received a call that same day asking if they could come the same day. My technician James arrived on time and was very professional. He did a thorough exam of my system and gave it a clean bill of health. Other companies would have tried to sell me services I didnt need. James explained that they were receiving a lot of calls like this due to the heat and that my system was fine. James was respectful of my health wearing a mask while in my house. My AC died last week around 6pm; by the time I realized it I put in a call to Chandler Air, who sent a technician (Todd) over by 7am the next morning. He was able to quickly diagnose and replace the faulty component (run capacitor) and my AC was operational again and cooled the house before the day really got hot. Price was reasonable considering the fast and professional service. Will use these guys again if I have future problems!Update: I had Chandler Air replace my entire, aging home HVAC system this summer (2021). The work was clean and efficient, and great value for the system as a whole, with limited waiting time to get an install slot.

All I can say is WOW! Not too many issues around the house stress me out more than the thought of an A/C unit going out, but finding an A/C company you can trust makes all the difference. James showed up right on time and had my A/C fixed in less than 15 minutes. No issues and no pushy sales pitch to make me pay for things I didnt need, and all at a reasonable price. James Moss came out to our house again a few weeks ago due to our AC not turning on. James determined that some of the condenser wires had fused together. He replaced the wires and didnt charge us for the service call. We appreciate what Chandler Air has done for our AC needs.

Today I had a regular spring A/C check up.Todd called me that he would be at my housein a few minutes. He did arrive and checkedmy unit that I had purchased last May.He said all was in good order today.He also shared with me several servicesthat were available . At this time I am notinterested in those services.Todd was very polite and explained thingswell.
