I cant say enough good things about our experience with LL flooring in Champaign, IL. Matt, the manager of the store, is personable, helpful and always remained in communication during our projects. We redid the flooring in our home in sections and chose to go with the Tobacco Rd Acacia engineered hardwood flooring throughout the whole house. Choosing a flooring for our entire home seemed overwhelming. With so many different types of flooring out there I wasnt sure what to go with. Matts team went over all my options along with the pros and cons. That knowledge helped me choose the best option for our house and lifestyle. We ordered a total of 4 times and each experience was just as great as the first time, if not better! We shopped around other flooring stores in town before making our decision and I am so glad that we ended going with this store.

My experience at Lumbar Liquidators was quite exceptional. I had Matt as my sales person... and he was so very helpful and patient with me. He wanted to make sure I was totally happy with the choice in flooring that I made. I would recommend this place over and over again...Hold on to Matt....he is great!!! Give that man a raise!!!!!!

Have made multiple purchases, over the last couple of years, as we remodel our 115 year old home. Mostly, Ive worked with Matt. Ive found him to be extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.During my most recent project, he actually had to do a system wide search in order to help me get enough of a discontinued product, then, he arranged shipment directly to my home. Lumber Liquidators products are a great value. But, it is that sort of extra service and accommodation that I enjoyed working with Matt, that really made a big difference between buying from Lumber Liquidators or dealing with one of the Home improvement stores. Price is very reasonable, they front personnel ( Matt and Jeff) are very accommodating.Materials are very good ( I bought 12mm laminate) turn out very nicely when installed, very quiet, no squeaking sound. Already recommended to my co-workers if they are planning to upgrade their carpet to wood flooring.

During the pandemic we have been working on our house. We dont have a large budget, so Lumber Liquidators has a great selection of quality laminate flooring in all price ranges. We have been able to find laminate that fits our budget.

None of the employees were wearing masks.Were a year into this pandemic. You should know better. Also, its illegal.

A great place to get your flooring needs. Im getting my trim from them and after being there I wish I had gone there before I bought my flooring. When nobody else has what you need or knows what you are talking about, these guys do and if they dont have it they will order it for you unlike the other box stores

They have laminate, vinyl (water proof), wood-look title, ceramic (water proof), bamboo (solid and engineered), Engineered flooring, and solid hardwoods too.They also carry Treads and risers for stair projects as well as butcher blocks for your kitchen needs too.Stop in meet the staff, they are very intelligent and knowledgeable on all products. Found out that they also INSTALL ask about their rates.They are very reasonable and a chance to get it done professionally done with a 1 year warranty. Just stop in and see!

The associate was very helpful when I ordered our flooring over a week ago. I paid to have them come measure our house for installation. Im still waiting for the phone call to make that happen. Every time I call the store Im told that I should have heard from them by now and that they will call and have the installation people return my call first thing in the morning. That started 5 days ago....Still waiting. Was told flooring would be in this weekend, husband called and was told next weekend. We just want a floor in our house so we can move in. Im hoping I will be able to change this review if and when our floor happens.I am STILL waiting for my floor to be installed. I am writing this 4 weeks later. Someone is coming to look at our house AGAIN tomorrow. He told my husband it could be 3 weeks before installation. At this rate we will be lucky to be in our house by Christmas!! So disappointedUpdate: we bought the flooring on August 8. They started installation on October 9, they are not even half way done yet today, October 17.Final thoughts... will never use this place again. Floor was installed, looks very unprofessionally done, parts of it are not even nailed down and it moves when you walk on it. No one at Lumber Liquidators cares that we are unhappy and none of our issues were resolved.

The guys in the storeroom are absolutely amazing.

They have a nice a ray of samples with great prices ! The employee was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions ! Ill be going back to get some of my flooring needs !
