We purchased hardwood for our house in the fall. The installation went smooth, but the flooring had issues, creaking, popping, and other noises. The company stood behind the product and when it was determined there was no easy solution, they replaced the entire floor. They stand behind their work and their product. The new floor is great and we are very happy with the service they have offered.

What a pleasure to find contractors who are polite, knowledgeable, helpful, clean and timely. Will did a great design job and had all the materials ordered and delivered as promised. Dan and John started work each day at the time they told us, cleared out the old carpet in our living room, dining room and hallway, levelled out the concrete slab and installed the super vynil boards, transition strips and beading in 3 days. They also moved all the heavy furniture and cleaned up thoroughly. I highly recommend Flooring Surfaces.

I have worked with Flooring Surfaces on multiple jobs in the last 3 years.First experience was on carpet replacement for a fraternity on U of I campus. Worked with Lynn who is now retired. She was helpful in making an appropriate material selection and was flexible in scheduling installation. Installation crew worked efficiently and cleanly removing old carpet and adding new. They took extra care to level out seams in our sub-floor that caused us issues with the old carpet.2nd job was on a bathroom floor tile installation a year later in the same building. Worked with Callen and Kai to discuss the water proofing details to solve our water issues outside of the shower stalls. They listened to specific design requests I had and implemented them exactly as we agreed. Installation was very clean and professional and solved our water issues completely.3rd job was a DIY tile project on two bathrooms. I had priced subway tile and wood plank porcelain at other tile providers around town, including the big box stores, but Flooring Surfaces offered better pricing than other pro stores and had much better selection and quality than the big box stores. They also offer great value in being a Schluter systems dealer for water proofing and metal edge profiles. I was able to purchase thinset and necessary Schluter materials directly from them with the tile.

Jadon Peck might be the most knowledgeable person in his field Ive come across. I was shocked at the prices and the quality of products they offer. Stylish and unique. Dont make your kitchen look like a Home Depot ad or what everyone else has. You might think you need to go to a big box store to shop on a budget, but Jadon (and all the staff there, Chad too!) will really surprise you. If youre thinking about any flooring or wall product, do yourself a favor and stop by, ask for Jadon....or Chad.
