Reasonable prices and good cars. The staff are friendly and quick, doesnt take long to pickup or drop-off. Signing up for Enterprise Plus membership is free, and gives you a discount on the rental cost.Cons: Note that if youve been renting at Enterprise for a while, they bumped the Impala to a premium category from full-size. My premium rental car was an Impala without sun-roof or heated seats. Price was still good for a weekly rental, so I didnt mind.

Nathan and Megan at this location are simply the best. They are always very friendly and willing to help you out even if they have to work extra hours. I havent had such an experience with a rental company earlier. This place definitely deserves a five star rating. Thank you Nathan, Megan and enterprise !! You guys are awesome.

The Nissan was new (around 5000+ miles). However, the vehicle didnt have windshield wiper fluid and the stereo would turn itself on and off, or if I hit a pothole or ground was uneven, the radio would change channels. Also, while my iPod was plugged into the USB outlet, any slight car movements would make the songs jump/skip.

Enterprise allowed me to reserve a car from this location while its closed due to covid19. No information at all after I booked, came here for nothing. Called mainline and got directed to prospect location. Wasted me an hour.

The staff (Nate and Megan) here were very friendly and eager to help. They did not push for any add-ons after I declined the damage waiver. The pick-up and drop-off options make renting a breeze. I was very happy with my (upgraded) vehicle. Plus, their weekend special deal of $10/day is phenomenal. One does have to be mindful about the mileage limit and return on time with a full tank of gas.

Friendly customer service at the location. However, our vehicle was not in good shape. The tires continued to lose pressure before and throughout our trip. We brought it back in after renting it (before hitting the road) and informed the staff of the tire issue. They had one guy take the vehicle to be fixed while we waited as one of the staff members proceeded to explain the likely problem. Believe me, it had little to nothing to do with the rising and falling temps as I was advised by this staff member. Nice spill, but Ive driven many cars. I know about varying tire pressure due to drastic climate changes. I also rent from Enterprise, exclusively and have done so for years. Ive driven their rentals all over the country in all kinds of weather conditions and never experienced this inconvenience. This was just a bad vehicle that should not have been rented in this condition.When we returned it, i complained again about the tire pressure and we were offered a discount that would reflect on our bill. Turned out to be a $20 credit. Sigh... Thats definitely a fair compensation considering we were nervous wrecks the whole time we had the vehicle. Air simply would not stay in the tires. Not a very good experience at all.

This is an excellent place to rent a car. Staff members are nice, courteous, and very helpful. They will ensure you get the car you need. They wont overcharge you--if the vehicle you booked isnt available for some reason, they will make sure you get a comparable (or upgraded) vehicle at the same price. It is close to campus and on the bus line, if that is a requirement for you.

They have been my go-to rental for decades, because the staff here has always been friendly, efficient, and fair. I called their local number today to rent a car, and the answering machine routed my call for the first time not to the local office as before, but to a remote-sounding gentleman with a not-always intelligible accent. He had a script and by gosh, we were going to follow that script. After 15 minutes of questions, it turns out that since I was waiting at Peter Bs in Urbana, they could not pick me up (as they could before from there) since it was more than five miles away.They are no longer the company that picks you up.

I would have given another half a star but I couldnt. I rent from Enterprise often Ive never had a bad experience until my last rental. I really cant say it was bad I had a rental that had I believe alignment issues. I picked it up on the Thursday night was leaving early early Friday morning. The alignment was messed up almost cause me to have two accidents. I returned the rental the next morning which threw me off schedule from my trip. but,Jeff was very accommodating very professional it took me three cars before I can get into another car and get on the road. how so ever at the end of the ordeal I was pleased

Im divided between the high level of quality service at this location and the hidden fees that Enterprise charges. Seth was how helped me and was very nice and helpful through the entire check-in/out process. This location will actually pick you up and drop you off if you need.However, I was excited to take advantage of their $19.99 weekend special and was rudely surprised. From Saturday-Monday with insurance costs (that I was unaware I had to pay), mileage overages (wasnt aware of limits), and extra day costs (because of return costs) - my weekend trip totaled $170,not included the gas I had to put in. Kind of a bummer :(

Made reservations but when coming they told me there’s nothing available. I am the plantium member of enterprise but they still cannot grantee my availability. Also, The staff was very rude. Keep saying no but do nothing to help you. I will not keep my loyalty to Enterprise anymore.

This is my favorite Enterprise office by far in the C-U area. No rental car outlet is perfect because the home companies seem to care less each year, give less for loyalty, etc but this office opens on time, never has long lines, greets everyone who comes in and never messes up a single thing about my reservations. Im in and out fast with this office and the service is always at least friendly, often its great. I travel for work frequently and I *only* rent from Enterprise after problems with other companies and I rent from this specific office whenever I can.

Overall courteous and professional service, good value and location though it seems they are running tight with the small fleet there. Worked out to my advantage once when I was upgraded to a Buick LaSalle in place of an intermediate. Worked to my disadvantage when I had to wait almost an hour because they did not have a vehicle available until a customer happened to return his.

The Enterprise on South Neil has a very rude chick working inside. Wouldnt honor my reservation, because it was made after she went home? Huh? The website offered the vehicle from her location & travelocity confirmed it with 3 emails to me! She didnt give a damn!! Ruined my weekend with my children!!!!!!

Very reasonably priced and helpful. Cars are in good shape and dont have weird smells. They often overbook though and I have had to wait up to an hour to get my car. They give discounts if you are a UI employee on business.

I reserved to pick up my rental on a Saturday, and was disappointed to find out that the company that picks you up, didnt have this service available for me. This is the 2nd time between this location and North Prospect that Ive rented and they didnt have pickup services available. The car they wanted to give me needed an oil change, so he wanted me to wait 5-10 minutes while they did that. I didnt have the time so I was upgraded for $8 more. Overall very friendly staff, and the check out hand held service is so much better and faster than before.

Worst experience ever. First time, no french or italian credit card accepted...the employee wasnt able to give a real explanation. The second time (today) the car was reserved but....it wasnt there! Come back around 4pm! (7 hours after the reservation time). And the employee lied saying my phone number wasnt there. And even though, you send dozens of useless email, but not one to inform that there is an unexpected problem? The office is cold and not welcoming at all: people sitting around doing nothing (?) and not even saying good morning. I wasted enough time with them.

Booked a car at this location 1 day in advance through Expedia. When I arrived, a staff member told me that I would be upgraded to a different car at no extra cost. However, I was unpleasantly surprised to discover they charge a daily fee for drivers under 25. This was not indicated through Expedia. I was very satisfied with the 2015 Toyota Camry I drove, but I would like to see all the fees in advance through all 3rd party apps. Customer service is good, staff members were polite and understood that I was working under a severe time constraint.

Things coulda been better. I do not understand why I had to wait for an extra hour for them to get the car ready. When I make a reservation in advance, I would highly expect the staff to be ready to hand over the car at the time I reserved. The car was not ready and the reserved car changed (I dont mind this but). They cancelled my reservation in the process of confirmation, which cause longer wait. Please improve.

Great experience! I booked online - it was super quick - then when I went to pick up the van it took literally a couple minutes. They are super speedy, super nice. Van was brand new, no problems, had lots of features- backup camera, xm radio, individual thermostat controls. This is the second vehicle Ive rented from this location and they have impressed me both times! My only complaint is the cost for a van but its not just enterprise - its aparently costly to rent a minivan anywhere.

I am very saddened by your customer service today. If I could give 0 stars, I would. A car was promised and confirmed via Priceline to my family. When my parents came to get their vehicle, they waited for over two hours to be told there was no vehicle available for them. Other patrons in line mentioned their vehicles were booked this morning and they were getting a car even though my parents booked yesterday so they should have been first in line.Your employees were completely rude, aggressive, and made my parents feel small. Your actions today have ruined any chance of my family or my friends renting from your company as I plan on letting everyone know how poorly they were treated as well as posting reviews for anyone who will listen. My husband and I will also discontinue using your services for our business trips. We have not had the best service in the past but today was simply inexcusable.

On Thursday 8/6, I reserved a car online with Enterprise through VroomVroomVroom. On Friday, they called and said that they did not have a car because someone forgot to turn off the internet portal. I was rather frustrated that they do not honor their reservations.On Friday, 8/7, I made a new reservation directly with Enterprise through their website. On Saturday, they called me and advised me that they did not have a car for me because they had not turned off their internet portal again. I asked the representative to solve the problem and produce a car. She refused to honor the reservation her company had accepted.Avoid dealing with these dishonest people.

This place is ridiculous. The issue is there are not enough people working at one time. One person is manning the front desk while the only other person is trying to clean all the vehicles. I had a reservation to pick up at nine and was still waiting an hour later and they hadnt even cleaned it yet! They could really help out the staff by getting more people on the schedule!

If you return your car after 5:30pm they will not provide you with a shuttle. Thats not fair because that service is provided for all the other clients. Someone told me that if I would have gotten mad they would have done it, but I was too tired to fight.
