Excellent service and friendly staff who is very skilled in what they do. I have been satisfied with their haircuts, though there can be 15 minutes wait sometimes despite a scheduled appointment.

Melanie did my hair, she was very nice and did a great job in half of the time I usually spend at a hair salon. It was very easy to make an appointment and I will keep coming back to get my hair cut. The whole area was also very cleaned and looked nice, felt very comfortable during the whole process.

I was in the area, so I stopped by to see if they had any openings. A lady asked me if I had an appointment, I said no, and she got a huge attitude with me. Ive gotten cuts in the past as a walk-in, and sometimes it doesnt work out because theyre booked. I live closeby, so its really no big deal to me. What is a big deal to me is customer service. I went across the street to CVS and bought clippers instead, and I recommend you do too.

Totally understand and grateful for staffs working during these period, It is okay that u guys only accept appointment instead of walk-in. But would u mind being polite to customer?Told the customer to wait for sec if u are busy, not just walking away and doing hiss sign, it hurts other feeling. words better than your body language.I try not to think about this but it seems u guys dont weclome asian face right? Great barber shop/ hair place. All the employees are very nice and polite over the phone and in the store. If you call ahead they usually always have openings and can usually fit you in if your schedule is flexible. They have a good selection of hair products and usually always have some sort of deal on them. Overall a great convenient place to get your hair cut. A+

So I am someone who never gets my haircut. I called cost cutters and spoke with a really wonderful lady Melanie. She made me already feel so comfortable over the phone, and when I went in, it was very clean and welcoming. Melanie was great. She listened and talked me through everything. As much hair that I got cut off after 15 years I couldnt be happier. Melanie you are my forever hair stylist. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Rachel was my AMAZING hair dresser!! I am one of those people that gets her hair trimmed once about, oh, every 2-3 years. My hair looks and feels amazing!! I bought everything she used! Very reasonable, friendly and I would recommend to all!! I am pretty sure I will be back within a couple months.

Told the woman after she cut my hair that it looked uneven and she told me that I was wrong. Went to a salon with my mother a few weeks later and had the woman there check my hair and she agreed that it was visibly uneven and even my mother and sister said they could see it was super bad.

I have been getting my haircut here for years and I always enjoy coming to this place. the staff is always friendly and pleasant and always great to talk to. Normally I try to add one bad thing from each place I review but I can honestly say I cant think of a thing to say negatively about the location. they let you book your appointment in advance will usually see you early and I been getting the same great treatment here for years now.

The place was neat and clean and they did manage to fit me in after a 45 minute wait. The stylist however was obviously in a hurry and seemed stressed. The way she cut my hair and the force used was uncomfortable. I was made to feel just like a number and a quick buck. Overall I was dissatisfied a d probably will not return.

I have two girls with incredibly thick, wavy, and curly hair. The stylists here always take great care and spend any time necessary to work out tangles and they never seem rushed. Their rates are insanely reasonable, and I couldnt be happier with their work.

Rates are reasonable. However, the attitude of the person working was awful. She complained the whole time about the company and how busy they are when they are working alone on Sundays. Caryn made the experience very awkward and uncomfortable and was even complaining about people calling and walking in.

All I can say, is that my haircut is perfect.

I walked in here today and was seen by Melanie within a half hour. I had very long hair and wanted a short pixie cut. She did an amazing job. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it. This is a great value and the hair dressers are very attentive.

Booked my appt Wednesday March 4th with Vivian. Two hair appts which included my first hair appt for my daughter. I was confirmed for 2:30 pm. Arrived a little earlier at 1:45 pm to be informed appts schedule on Saturday had pushed us back to 3:00 and 3:30 due to Vivian not being the one to originally scheduled our appt. I have enjoyed Vivian as a hair stylist and send my other daughter to her. But after this appt we will not be back again.

Melanie has done my bangs at the last second, numerous times. She is very professional. I totally would have expected her to pressure me into more than just my bangs. Not once. Love her.

Its a nice place to cut your hair. The people are friendly, the haircut is fast and usually great. Its a little pricey, but if you cant cut your hair at home I would strongly recommend it.

I moved back home to Illinois in April and I didnt realize how difficult it would be to find a hair stylist. I dont have to experiment any more, Vivian was amazing and my hair looks perfect. Yes, even the next day after it was dried and styled at home. She listened to what I wanted, asked before she went to far, talked to me about color that I do myself and when she said she knew how to razor cut, she really meant she knew how! I like my hair super short in sort of a choppy pixie cut and I would post a pic, but I hate photos of myself! The shop was CLEAN and the other stylists were friendly. My search is over!

Always get a decent cut and great price. They will fix it if you need any minor fixes in the first seven days after your cut. Pepple always complement mu hair cuts, and no one can ever believe I got my hair cut at such an affordable price, so that tells me they do a great job! Why go to a pricy salon when you can get just as nice of a cut at a bargain?!

I have had my hair cut at this salon for over a decade, and never had a complaint until this last visit. My hair was really long -- because I love it long -- so I asked the stylist for a trim. The next thing I knew, she had cut three inches off. Worse, because she.knew I was not happy, she then began to lecture me about what poor condition it was in, because it was old hair and how terrible it looked. Then she told me how much she disliked long hair. I was kind of in shock at that point, and its been about a month now and I can finally write this. I had been going to her for some time and found both the cut, taking off more than I wanted without discussing it with me before she did it, and what she said to me and how she said it, to be highly disrespectful and insulting. Although not a frequent customer, I always tipped well and tried to buy some product to help her out. I know we all have bad days, but.she is the second stylist at that salon who has acted like my preference is unimportant and they know better. What I know is, I will find another place where the stylists are respectful and do what they are being asked to do by the client.

This place is a great value and can usually fit you in sane day. The haircuts are usually good but not exceptional.

Do not go here.They ruined my baby girl’s hair who is 5. Beautiful blonde hair a sweet little attitude… (It will take 10 weeks minimum) 2.5 months to grow out. When I complained they were nasty and blamed us…. We had to pay another salon to fix it. Who said it was a horrible cut and that it would have to grow out to correct. The manager was over the top nasty.
