We have only been here for a month so far, and our experience has been really good with the property manager and the maintenance team. Every request we have made has been handled quickly and without hassle towards us for having requested it. We had an emergency request just yesterday and they came within the hour to work on the issue (mind you, this was like at 10PM). We were very relieved the issue was taken care of so that we didnt have to find a pet friendly relocation for a few days.The area is lovely and quiet and our particular unit has a very private balcony which is wonderful for some R&R. This updated unit felt like home very quickly, even before having all of the furniture we need in place.Really the only issue we have had has been the outdated and troublesome laundry appliances in our unit, but maintenance has kindly helped us with them to keep our lives moving. We dont know how long we will be at this location, but we could see ourselves staying here for a few years pretty comfortably with the experiences we have had so far.

We needed an immediate, short-term apartment and Matthew at Ginger Creek was willing to assist us. He was very personable, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. With his assistance we were able to secure a one bedroom apartment that was complete with new paint, flooring and appliances. It is perfect for our needs, convenient and quiet. I would highly recommend Ginger Creek!

Two weeks before I write this review, I applied for an available apartment at Ginger Creek. I called the main office and they said the application should be processed within two days. Two days later I called the main office to ask the application process, they said this need to be transferred to the on-site manager Matthew and he is busy and will call me back when he has time, however, Matthew never called me back. Same stories for the next several days. I believe I called at least four times and I never have a chance to even talk to Matthew, and my application is never processed. The last time I tried to reach out is over a week ago, and they promised Matthew will call me the next day. Does it ever happen? NO! How can they be so irresponsible!?!? This is their attitude to a potential tenant who has not paid them yet, I cannot imagine if I live here, will the manager ever care about me at all. Nothing but disappointment and I do not recommend this place.

I recently moved into this community. Kara from Royce & Brinkmeyer made the experience seamless. I came from out of state and did a video tour. I was able to choose my preferred video chat app. Kara showed me around the unit and answered any questions I had. She was thorough and I had no surprises when I did move in. It was a lovely experience and I was not worried about what I would actually arrive to. When I first arrived there was a small issue with my mailbox lock. Kara was able to have that sorted out by the next day. It has been very quiet and comfortable so far. I would recommend this community and Royce and Brinkmeyer to anyone looking.

After a year living at this property, I wanted to share my experience with the property. Last year I moved into one of the newly remodeled Aspen units. Brand new appliances, revamped flooring and slightly adjusted layout. Looked awesome on paper and in the unit. However, on further inspection the rehab felt sub-par. The vent registers were clearly the original vents prior to the rehab, still rusted, and paint chipping off. Carpet was also still original, had paint leftover from remodel dried onto the carpet as well as a pungent smell from previous tenants I couldn’t seem to get out of the carpet with my own carpet cleaning/fragrance enhancers. The vinyl flooring through out was awesome in the living room, but the sheet vinyl in the kitchen/baths tore easily, and felt cheap, as well as a large sag in the dining room that didn’t get leveled out. And the overall paint job in the unit, was clear they painted over the original doors, and trim and can see all of the drip marks and poor workmanship in that aspect.However, aside from the appearance of the unit, my experience on this property has been fantastic in terms of maintenance requests, which are handled almost immediately no matter the urgency. As well as any questions with property management/concerns are handled the same. My leasing agent was very polite, wanted to help me for what I was looking for, and very prompt on getting me a lease and my unit ready.My biggest concerns that caused me to leave, were the notices I was given up front about mold and bugs when I signed for my keys. At the properties I lived at before, I never had an apartment complex basically outline that: “yes, bugs and mold will be in your unit and its your responsibility to deal with it.” - is essentially my interpretation. As well as they give you numbers to pest control services to spend your own money on! However, I would Only imagine would be the properties responsibility! I ended up looking passed it being my experience has been great so far.After numerous expenses to re-seal all the doors and seal any nook and cranny to keep out bugs and outside air from getting in the unit.Barrier sprays, fragrances, no matter, bugs still found their way in. After giant house centipedes and large spiders, I started to lose interest quickly. Not to mention little millipedes, crickets and the full array of the insect kingdom found their way in my unit.After a somewhat frustrating year I gave in to moving on, I would recommend the service aspect of this property, but I would be sure you do a thorough inspection of your unit prior to signing a lease. As I feel the appearance of their units shows how much they truly care about the property.

Nothing but good experiences here. The management is friendly and responsive, and all maintenance requests have been addressed in a very timely fashion. The neighbors are friendly and polite.

This is a quiet and friendly community surrounded by trees and well kept grounds. Management and maintenance are responsive but not overbearing. We are satisfied with our stay!

I am impressed with Royse & Brinkmeyer as a leasing company! I had a fantastic experience with Jess showing me around. She was genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for in an apartment down to the unit based on my preferences.
