Called Express Taxi two days in advance of my trip and spoke with Gary who identified himself as the owner. I ask him how much to take me from the VFW in Chambersburg to Shippensburg at midnight. He quoted me $30 cash price and required an advance scheduled arrangement. I sent him a text message the afternoon of departure to confirm our previous agreement. He responded with oh...it is now $40 because it is after 10pm I reminded him of his previous quote of $30 and he responded that he made a mistake. I ask him to honor his previous agreement and he refused. I ask him why he wouldnt stand behind his previous agreement and he said it is because the business is owned by his wife and she wont approve it. He then told me that if I didnt like it call someone else and hung up on me. Sounds like a great way to build a business that operates on reputation if you ask me.

Get place, Ive used them several times now as i am new to the area. All the drivers are super friendly and funny. They are always on time and they answer texts and calls. Great service and great people if you need a ride this is the place to call. Thanks Express Taxi!!

Called them for a ride in the morning, went to use the bathroom missed a phone call and all of a sudden was told,this is a 🚕 service and if I wasnt serious, not to call them,I understand, but when I called back,no response and very disrespectful, wouldnt tell anyone about them. They were great before, not now,and wont ever use their services again, Id rather walk.

Great communication! I needed round trip transportation for my elderly mom and friend for an important meeting. The driver texted me when he was leaving to pick them up and then on the way to the appointment and again when on the way back and finally when they arrived back home. I appreciated knowing every step of the way. He was very polite and I would definitely use them again if/when needed

Me and my two year old sat outside of a store for an hour waiting on a Lyft ride.. I googled this taxi and he was to us in 5 minutes.. very professional and courteous.. i was juggling my two year old and multiple bags, he helped me with all my bags without question. I will definitely save his number and use them again!!!!!

I had 2 diferent drivers the one guy picked me up took me took me picked up my gf then to motel chsrged me 20 the same day a lady driver picked us up at motel took us to where we picked up my gf charged 25 and didnt even tske me the 2miles to tske me where i was at first then i wrote s bad review n now anytime i call as a last resort for ride he tells me there not running cabs today..really unprofessional

I arranged one week in advance to be put on their calendar as requested, but when I texted as requested, the response was no available It put me in an awkward difficult situation. I wont be calling them again.

Sweet guy but the price was ridiculous. For a less than 10 minute ride, sollenberger road to black ave, it cost $15. While paratransit only cost only $12 to get from sollenberger road to Applebees on Wayne ave. I am never giving my business to express taxi again. Ill stick to the other cab company from now on.
