They advertise 24/7, I called at 9 pm to ask if this was still true, and got a yes. My cars in the shop and I had to be at work at 4, so I call at 2:30 for a ride. No answer. I called every 10 minutes for an hour and never got an answer. Ended up having to walk and being 50 minutes late. Dont advertise 24 hour service if you wont answer a call at 2:30 in the morning

I needed somebody to go to hbg and get my daughter but got told I just got off work and I never heard of that address b4 like hello theres a reason why ur called a taxi driver but ok was really disappointed but oh well guess thats what happens it deff was u guys cuz I called and d answered the phone and said his wife Angie was getting ready to leave and u just got off work nice one but it was u and right taxi smh

I have used this service many times but recently everytime i call they dont pick up and it goes to voicemail and it is very inconvenient and i will call multiple times in minutes and theyre will still be no answer. terrible because some people need a ride and they wont answer. hey im typing again because i still can not get a hold of you guys i dont know if its my number or something but other friends have tried and it is not working? did u guys get a new number im very confused, i even tried texting and got no answer

Wish I could give them negative stars. Called for a 2 mile ride to work 36 minutes before my shift and no one ever showed up. When I called back, no one would answer.

Drivers are friendly and courteous. Be prepared to share the cab with others even if you pay full price. I asked for receipts and have not yet received them despite promises. I think after they work out their procedures they will be a top notch cab company.

They where unprofessional when arriving to pick me up. It was an unmarked vehicle with two men claiming to both work there. I am a woman and I refuse to ride with two men by myself 9pm at nightDispatch was polite and offered a woman driver but after waiting over an hour, no thanks. Not better than uber. Called at 12:42 am. Gave location and destination and was given a 20 minute ETA. Called back after waiting an hour. He said he didnt know about it, he just got there an hour ago. 12:45 shift change? Just trash anybody who calls around that time? Thanks a lot.Dont give these guys tips for june and july. Hopefully the drivers will give that dispatcher a beating.

This is a wonderful cab company and they are so friendly and affordable please if u need a taxi call them they will get u there and u can call and request if u need them for a different day at a certain time they set it up for u.

My dog got really sick about 1am on a Friday. I dont have a car and needed to get him to the ER Vet in Haggerstown. I live in Chambersburg, I found this cab company online. He actually answered at 1 AM I explained my problem and told him my dog is going to die. The dog ate poison. He said I wont let that happen. Showed up 15 minutes later in an suv didnt worry about his leather interior of the car. Put up with my dumb drunk friend, waited an hour as I was in the vet. I am very grateful if it wasnt for him my dog most likely would have died.
