My experience at this location was beyond my expectations. The employees are simply top notch here. The team works on your vehicle like it is their own. The quality of the wash was great. If I lived in town I would certainly consider the monthly plan. If you would like to tip, do it before you leave the first area because the wash ends without anyone to had your tip to.

There is a hard working crew who hand wash the bugs and road dirt off before it goes through the automatic wash. Much better than Tommys and any other car wash in the area.

As always, clean, orderly, quiet and smooth. No complains in out with their good working equipments.

Best car wash in town. Gets cleaner than Tommy’s or any others. Only place with hardworking guys to scrub the car down and real tire shine at the end. The monthly club keeps my old truck looking like brand new. There was a credit card related mishap but they refunded quickly no questions asked

I have been using the Rain Tunnel Car Wash for many years and they have always been a great place to wash my car. The automatic wash, which includes a personal touch from the attendants, makes it worth the cost because they scrub your autos front, back, windows, wheels & tires prior to it entering the wash cycle. Oh yeah, dont forget to ask for a free token to vacuum your auto after the wash.

The automatic wash on Orchard Drive always does an excellent job. The guys there always pretreat your vehicle before going in the wash. I love Rain Tunnel! Wont go anywhere else.

I am a member of the Rain Tunnel Wash Club and I could not be more thrilled with the services offered! I get my car washed here 3-4 times a week and they always do an outstanding job. The wash club is definitely worth it.

Three men there to prep car for wash. They use brushes on the windshield back and wheels by hand. Then they send you through the wash. Lots of soap comes out and the soft strips go back and forth on the car. Rinse and wax and dry. Car comes out looking like new !

I will have to say the Rain Tunnel is one of the highest rated car washes around. It does a awesome job and makes you vehicle look new again. Also they have a pet wash for your pets. Stop in and say hello to the guys youll be glad you did.

Last two bays accept credit cards, first two bays dont. Also a touchless wash and a longer wash at the end Ive never been through.If you buy the most expensive wash on the touchless, you get a free vacuum token.

I have been coming to the Rain Tunnel for years. This year I joined as a Rain Tunnel member. On average I get my pick-up washed 5+ times a month. Your in and out in ten to twelve minutes depending on the line. All their employees have been friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this location to anyone. Last month my brother was visiting from Delaware. His pick-up was in need of a wash. I took him to the Rain Tunnel and he appositely amazed on how clean his vehicle was after it went through. He stated, This by far beats the service he receives back in Delaware and its also cheaper. Ive been going here the past couple years to wash my cars and do the inside a few times a month. I wont return. While cleaning out the car a man came over and told me to limit my amount of trash because they receive alot. Well thats what a trash can is for right? Not to mention Im a paying customer but, after today I will no longer be.

I live back a dirt lane so my vehicle is always dirty. I love having the wash club because I can get it washed as much as I want in a month for less than the price I would pay for 3 washes. So, worth the money.

One rain tunnel car wash and your car will be clean for weeks. Idk what they put in their chemical mix but its like the greek god Thor protecting your paint from all the annoying dirt and salt particles trying to infiltrate your car. I bought the monthly car wash deal and have been very satisfied. I used to go to sheetz car wash and it seems like my car would never actually come out clean but more or less just some of the dirt was washed away. I highly recommend this place and will be going back

This USED to be my favorite local car wash to go vacuum my vehicle! The who’s attachment is long and skinny making it much easier to clean in between seats and take places. However the last two times I went I was very disappointed! The first time there was barely any suction power which ended up costing me 3x the normal amount to get my carpets clean. The 2nd time the hose attachment completely fell off right after I started!! I had already deposited $3.50 and ended up wasting the entire time I paid for trying to reattach with no luck! It was after hours so I searched for a comment box that most places have to inform them what had happened and hopefully be reimbursed however there was none available!

I have cleaned out and washed my car there, also gone through their full service wash. Always clean, never any issues with nasty brushes etc when washing my own or a lot of junk in the wash bay. Highly recommend.

This is the best car wash in town. Ive tried them all and The Rain Tunnel is the most through and comprehensive. They seem to have so many details taken care of that if you want a light wash or a very detailed wash they have it all. Staff is always nice, and the service is quick. Even when they have a line backed up they are faster than the automatic ones around town. I am very picky about my car and I appreciate that their wash is very consistent. Ill be continuing to go.

--This is a real car wash - not brushless! As such my truck---which I drive for work and gets dirty!---is really clean when I have gone through it. By using real cloth washing there is no faint haze of stubborn dirt. My truck is shiny from top to bottom!Given the cost of the brushless washes, the Rain Tunnel is a better bargain as its pricing is equivalent but the results are much better.The only caveat is vacuuming and other interior is self-help. But don;t forget to ask for the free vacuum token when you purchase your wash! The length of time on the vacuum is a full five minutes too! Enough time to do both front/back and trunk as long as you are prepared.The location on Orchard Drive just south of Wayne Ave is a hot-spot for many professional and industrial drivers with dirty vehicles.--Rain Tunnel responded to my review. Based on their response I have edited my review and upped it to five stars!

This car wash has been here for many years and I grew up in Chambersburg, my Dad loved this place and always took his car here too! They do not use brushes that leave swirl marks either!Highly recommend!!

My girlfriend said that this was the best car wash in the area and I believe that she was correct. They wash your car in the first part and then you get to go into the machine which is nice if your are looking to get all those hard to reach areas.

I have taken my full size truck through here and done a good job. Car wash is very good for the price. I will not take my car back during the summer, my staggered 20s were rubbed on the inner lip with the track they use to pull the vehicle(sucks because I asked them if it would be ok with my 11 wide rear rims, people bring high end cars here all the time, wrong) I still go here because they do a good job, just will not take my car with my summer wheels. [ I am not sure why I post up so many reviews, Google does not give me anything for all these(no$ not even a discount anywhere)]

Best car wash in Chambersburg. Take a towel to finish drying and your car will look like it was detailed. Even the black trim will be shine, no white residue!

Had my truck detailed inside, extremely muddy. Picked it up yesterday, it was showroom clean. They even washed it at a reduced cost, it is a 2008 but lookes and feels new.

I’ve come here so many times in the past and they have always done a great job on my Jeep Wrangler but today they told me they couldn’t do it because of my bumper being too far out... however trucks bigger than my Jeep go through all the time and they never say anything to them...the owner was rude as hell about it too. Very disappointed with how I was talked too.

Car wash is always great! Stopped in to use the vacuum on my car, it needed it really bad, their hoses suction are so poor!! It was a waste of money. Hardly no suction at all. Disappointed.
