Phil was extremely professional. He squeezed in my Chevy Equinox on short notice. The finished product was as good as Ive ever seen. His team hit ever inch of my interior and even removed some light stains from the seats. The smell is super fresh without being overwhelming. Will recommend to others and return in the future!

My Car Butler detailed our 2020 GMC and applied a ceramic coating to protect the paint. They were accommodating to our schedule and did a fantastic job. It looks cleaner than when it was brand new. Just had my 2011 Honda detailed by Phil today and WOW! what a transformation! My car looks like new. He did a fantastic job, restored the headlights and even found my lost poodle pin and left it in the cup holder. This was my first time using The Car Butler and I couldn’t be more pleased! My car looks BETTER than the day I bought it! Highly recommend!

I requested an exterior detailing job for My Car Butler to perform. The exact paint code was to be used to “touch up” the car. When it was applied to the car, it appeared purple. I wasnt contacted to see if I wanted to continue with the process, resulting in my car having a lot of purple paint dots all over. He said it wouldn’t match up perfectly but didn’t say it would be purple on my blue car. He filled in the chips, but the touch-up wasnt finished correctly for it to match the car. According to My Car Butler, these were labeled as “impacts,” even though the only flaws in my paint were common gravel chips, light scratching, and two small scrapes on the rear bumper.I was informed that the cars paint was in “horrible/delaminated condition” after everything was done. I wasnt told this when I took it prior. My Car Butler said that, because of the scrapes that were trying to be corrected, it made the clear coat peal when pressure was applied and it broke away the clear. Clear coat just doesnt break away from compounding/polishing. The cars overall paint was in good shape according to several body shops I’ve received quotes from that assessed the damage. Something was used on and reacted with it, or a pressure washer was being held too close causing it to peel down into my freshly painted rear spat. NOTHING was said to me prior to, or afterwards that the clear coat was pealed until I found out myself. If my car was supposedly “impacted” in both the front and rear, it doesn’t make sense how only the rear bumper ended up getting delaminated from My Car Butler’s process.Also, the driver-side headlight was broken. My Car Butler said that it was fractured upon arrival, which is incorrect. It wasn’t damaged in any way before I had taken it. I was sent a picture, and it appears that the broken piece was placed back into the hole to get the picture. He replied, “saw that before I touched the car.” “It was there before I laid a hand on the car.” In the picture, the car’s hood was popped open and was wet. I confronted him about it, and he then changed the subject to how he did a rinse-less wash process before he touched it. The headlights were brand new, even though he stated that the one had a crack the whole way down the lens. The “crack” he says it has is the actual body line of the headlight. Nonetheless, nothing about the headlight was brought to my attention, even if it was claimed “fractured” or “cracked all the way through,” which it was not.Even though I have before and after photos, he may not admit that he busted the headlight or made my clear-coat run, but according to the two shops I had taken it to for a quote, both considered the failed paint correction as un-fixable without a paint job. He also stated that I wasn’t “aware” of the delamination, or I am attempting to make his company responsible, which is false.A professional business should stand by their work, and if there were any problems, I should have been contacted immediately. I was never contacted/told about the headlight or the pealed clear coat. I discovered them right when I got home and contacted My Car Butler immediately. The purple spots were brought up in person, but he stated that a body shop would have to re-do them to have them appear correctly. In that case, he shouldn’t have touched it at all if he was unable to finish the paint correction job correctly/completely.Later, I asked if he could meet up because he brought it up prior. It was ignored, and the subject changed. Even though my car needs a whole new paint job and a new headlight, returning the money would have been the least he could have done. I tried to be civil as possible, explaining what the body shops told me. I was told I was making a fool out of myself and to “shut up and show up” to his shop. At this point, all communications were closed, and I left it go. I’ve never in my life had to deal with a “business” like this. Also, a professional business doesn’t call their customer’s car a “crashed up, delaminated racecar,” which was recorded and not appreciated.

Wow, not only did Phil come pick my car up at work, he was running a special for the entire vehicle for $135!! I have a Ford Edge, so that price is outstanding!! It looks brand new! I cant express enough how happy I am with his service. I will definitely use again!

I highly recommend my Car Butler for vehicle detailing cleaning! It has help me so much among my crazy busy schedules and 4 kids. Great experience with My Car Butler. I had my vehicle detailed and a dent removed from my rear bumper. It is a 2013 and looks like it is new on the showroom floor. If you want your vehicle detailed or to have paint or dent damage repaired you have to call these guys. They picked up my vehicle from my office and returned it with an excellent turn around time. Didnt have to sit and wait.

I got my car detailed a month ago on April 15th paid the $221 even thou I was told $180 paid my amount in FULL and it came out of my CASHAPP automatically like cashapp does. On MAY 8th I got recharged and my cashapp went into a negative balance. I called my car butler and got told I would get a refund in 24 hours. It’s been a month and they are denying my refund saying it’s policy for payments to come out A MONTH after you initially pay. I was told that I would get the police called on me if I go to their store. Please be careful and not work with these people
